The robot works very precisely in every respect. It first drives "around the outside" along the walls, etc. and then systematically drives through the individual areas in between. You can have the entire apartment, individual rooms or just zones marked manually in the app cleaned. The suction intensity can be adjusted, but the normal suction power is easily sufficient on laminate and tiles. On carpets (we have some rugs lying around), the robot recognizes the material and automatically vacuums more there. Cat hair or (classic) long women's hair in the bathroom are sucked up excellently and do not get tangled in the rubber brush. Surprisingly, corners are also taken very well;

Been using since December. Overall it's a good vacuum. It's mopping feature works very well. It does a good job keeping our house crumb free with 2 kids. Aspects that could be improved? The self empty dock isn't great. It doesn't always work well and I find the dustbin still with dust in it. The vacuum tends to get stuck quite often. The idea of 'set the vacuum when you leave for work' rarely works without getting stuck and you need to reset it. Also sometimes the vacuum with be in the corner not knowing where to go. Overall I am happy with it.

The Roborock S7+ has just been ok. The suction is decent on hard floors but isn’t great on carpet. The mopping function doesn’t work well at all…it streaks my floors (tile and wood) and is a pain because I have to continually rinse and re-wet the mop pad. The battery doesn’t last long enough to finish my whole level and has to recharge for hours before it finishes. The vacuum itself needs quite a bit of maintenance and attention—it gets stuck often and clogs easily and is a bit glitchy. Our experience has just been ok…I wouldn’t recommend this to friends and family.

This item is completely worthwhile! Before I settled on the robot vacuum of my choice, my daughter and I spent months doing research and observing several evaluations. Just to be clear, we made the best decision ever! I have two dogs, a parrot, and ten cats. We were quite impressed by this from the first night! We both stayed up late to marvel as it thoroughly vacuumed the entire house. I'll be purchasing another when I remove the carpet in the upstairs and replace it with straight hard wood. However, that doesn't mean it doesn't function on carpet because there is no issue. Just my preference. Where I have area rugs, it has no trouble converting from hard wood to carpet. Pros: user friendly app, great batter life, doesn’t slam into furniture, doesn’t skip areas Cons: not the best suction power, horrible mopping (might as well not even consider it a mop), loud I have a large main level and all wood floors. This robot did a great job at reaching all areas before running out of battery or water from the mopping reservoir. However, it might as well not be called a robot mop. The water comes out of one tiny hole in the middle of the device and it only gets about a 2 inch section wet when it passes over the floor. You can see in the picture. It has different levels of suction, so you can control how often it is deep cleaning. I have wooden floorboards and rugs. I like the Roborock app, and it accurately mapped my house to a surprising degree. The auto emptying is a nice feature. However, the vacuum even on max suction does not work. I have watched it roll over dirt on bare wood floor and leave it untouched. Carpet is even worse, this is a photo of my carpet immediately after the robot passed over it. I have a Roomba 895 and it actually pulls the dog fur out of the carpet, but it kept leaving piles of fur everywhere since it couldn't fit it in the bin. This vacuum was supposed to be an upgrade but is somehow even worse than that.
It does a great job vacuuming and mopping. The Lidar navigation of Roborock (uses a laser) is far better, I believe, than our previous vSLAM robot vacuum (vSLAM uses a camera and other sensors). Our Roborock created a perfect map in one run. Great mopping: It senses rugs and carpets and lifts the mop up and only vacuums when not on a hard surface. The mop agitator does a remarkable job on our hardwood floors. Create up to four separate maps which is ideal for us in a multi-level home.The mapping automatically defines and names each room within a map. You can change the room name if you want. It successfully detected stairs. The self-emptying feature is fantastic, You can clean and not empty the dock for up to four months.
Never expect this robot model would do such a good job. I used several vacuum cleaners before, but this one is better than the previous ones. It performs well in vacuuming and mopping. It detected the stairs successfully and can avoid obstacles cleverly. What most surprise me is the self-emptying feature. You can clean the dock without having to empty it for up to four months. Just try this robot and you won't be disappointed.
