I ordered a set of these in the 5mm, and was at the top measurement for my size, so i was a little nervous.However, they fit great, dont move around, and still allow enough movement to carry out other exercises without having to take them off ie. Burpees, lunges etc making them highly practical.Due to iso, i havent had a chance to hit up a squat rack and test them with some heavy barbell work but they have been super supportive giving me great confidence on the lifting i have done in them.Highly recommend

Finger(thumb) tape perfect-I now confidently tuck thumbs under with Barbell wod and still have smooth looking thumbs while typing at work.I have cold knees and they take awhile to warm up- I now can ease into below parallel squats confidently with awesome technique / pull ups are much stronger and less sore on the palms, so thank you, thank you. I can now do 50 pulls without tearing the hands-So friendly on the palms.Thank you for providing these products. I will confidently pass on my experience 😊

Incredible shipping speed to start, order arrived the day after ordered, amazing.The product was everything I needed and more. Quality material and comfortable to wear. Provides support and allows for freedom of movement. For power lifters and Olympic lifting I do recommend a size smaller. Don't forget the great designs too. Makes it easier to lift big and no harm in look good too.
I was looking for something to help with some discomfort in my knees when swatting, lunging and other activity exerting pressure on the knee joint. After reading some reviews I decided to give the Rocktape knee sleeves a try and was not disappointed. Really get and keep the knees warm, they also add enough compression and support to make me feel confident to go for the heavier lifts. They do not restrict your movement or feel cumbersome at all. I would recommend these to anyone looking for extra knee support. They were sent promptly and exactly as ordered!
I have really messed up knees, so I wanted something with just a little extra support that would be versatile without spending a fortune for a pair. Rocktape seemed to fit the bill well so I gave them a shot. They're comfortable, excellent support for these bad knees (I LOVE squats, and they work for it) and they look cool (I got the skulls!). HOWEVER..... The sizing is a little inadequate. I don't have huge legs and my knee measured out to 16.25". The XL set is 14 1/2 "and above". If I'm dried out and not holding water I'm fine, although they're snug. But, if I have some water retention or or I'm refeeding then they don't really fit at all, which is a bummer because they're so supportive. Don't really wear in metcon as I find inhibit some flexibility.How did it make me better: Well I'm known as the "Greyhound" in the BOX, so I strap up and pull on all the support I can. This is the first pair of knee sleeves I've had and I couldn't be happier with them. They've done exactly what I wanted. They're nice and tight yet comfortable at the same time. Once they're on it doesn't take long for my knees to get warm and they stay warm and mobile throughout the session. The sleeves offer great support and once they're warn in a bit movement feels very free and natural. I haven't had any knee niggles since I started wearing the sleeves, big win. I've got the 7mm size and use them for squats, deadlifts, lunges and the olympic lifts. Service from TWL was excellent too, will shop again.
Bought these during the easter sale so were very well priced,took a little time to get to me but thats what happens over the easter break and anzac day so no biggie.Was a little apprehensive buying at first,didnt want to buy the wrong size and be put off,a mate who uses them suggested mediums even though i measured at the top end of large.First use made it all worth it,squatted deeper,felt more stable with more weight on the bar,easy to pull down when not wanting to use etc,still pretty good movement even though they are 7mm med size.excellent!!
