I saw this product first time use by a Podiatrist on You tube to help Athletes/Runners relieve of Plantar Faciitis. When I purchase this product and YES !! this is what I was looking for this Rock tape 2" is the BEST for Runners and the relieve of Plantar Faciitis and other related pain it is much better that the other brand . Yes I will re-order and recommend this product. Right on Rock Tape! :)

I have used rock tape for years to tape a perineal tendon. It worked great. Stayed on even through 3 showers. This last time I ordered it is awful. Doesn't even stay on long enough for me to go out for a run. Thought it was me so have tried more alcohol and let it dry longer but it just does not stick. Used up a lot of tape trying to get it to work. Maybe I will try Ktape next time.

IT ROCKS! Absolutely love ROCK TAPE H2O! The other brand is always falls off way too easy and fast. I will always buy H2O because it will stay on for up at least a week!

Easily my favourite and go to tape. Stretch of this product makes for comfortable movement when applied. Having the strips pre-cut makes the job that much easier when applying. No hassle to try and cut the tape.

I bought this tape and not only was it supportive, but water proof. Nothing was getting through that tape!! I would definitely purchase it again!
