Being an oaf, I had some issues with this kit, but really VERY few. I will say, you will want a knife to just trim some of the smaller / more fragile parts to fit into their tabs. I also used some superglue and activator here and there. 90% of the parts fit spot on, but some you start to get compound errors (the river not being in the right spot means a wall section won't fit right, a slight trim and its in). Did really enjoy the kit tho. Good instructions. Pretty easy to follow. Once or twice I did think "... that bit? I did that like .... 4 hours ago". A great model kit ... thing.

I am obsessed with this bookshelf insert. I've made TikToks showing myself assembling it, and gotten countless questions asking where I got it. For a couple weeks, it was my favorite thing to unwind with after work, and I was only sad when I realized it was finished. If you enjoy miniature projects, these pieces aren't nearly as small as most minis so it's an actual pleasure to build.It's intricate, it's clever, and the perfect project for a lover of witchy or magical things.
My niece and I assembled this lovely piece of art last week while it poured down. Of course we didn’t notice the rain as we were immersed in this orientai springtime scene. It was fun and easy to assemble, it looks great and she loves it. Thanks.

Very fun to put together, looks wonderful once it's set up. The light works perfectly.At times frustrating though - force required to click the pieces in place can also break them, or flake the layers of wood off, damaging them a little. Thus it requires patience and sometimes creative use of glue.
I'm kinda sad that I can not attach a photo to my review (or I didn't find where to upload them), because these book-nooks are just amazing. I bought the Sakura one and it is even more beautiful than on the pictures. There were some harder steps in the assembling, but overall it was quite easy to do. With all the small details, the lights and the water surface, I really love the new jewelry of my bookshelf!
This was a gift for someone who really loves games and puzzles like I do. He's a fan of intricate design and building, so this was perfect for him. I haven't seen the finished product yet, but if it's anything like the pictures and descriptions it will be amazing!
