Have not received the product. Has not been delivered. No customer service to talk to. No reply to email. Robot is pathetic. Do not order online....... How can I give the mattress a review when I have not received it.

Early days, but so far so comfortable and was ready to use in no time.
I was a bit dubious about buying a mattress in a box but I am so glad I did! It’s only for the spare bed which I am sleeping on while doing renovations. I love it and am having the best nights sleeps since I got it. When I update my bedroom suite I will be getting this in the queen!
My hubby has had the best nights sleep in his life. I got so sick of hearing him complain about not sleeping that I purchased the new mattress. He actually looks forward to going to bed now, thank you.
Very comfortable with plenty of support. Quick delivery, with little/easy assembly.
Not as firm as it’s should be. The delivery was nightmare.
Superb quality and comfort. Bought this to replace my son's single bed Sealy mattress and it definitely has been a great decision. All round comfort in the copper memory foam but superior quality in the inner spring for support
