I’m able to cut the sourdough easily. There’s smell of smoke for initial use & one need to constantly press the ON button while cutting. Overall is a good buy.

I’m so pleasantly surprised! Bought on 9-9 and received the day after! I’ve been eyeing this electric knife for quite awhile. This is really helpful especially for slicing bread. The bread won’t be squashed at all. It is not heavy and easily operated with one hand. Comes in 2 pairs of blades.
Used it to cut turkey for Christmas. It was a very clean cut. Usually the cutting process is messy but with this it's very easy to use. However, the sound is quite loud and also there is a smell like the product was overheated at first use.
Delivery was quick and item works well! First time handling an electric knife and this is something that needs getting used to. Looking forward to cutting meats and bread effortlessly!
Received my order in good condition. The box is very well wrapped by seller. Tested on cutting my home baked sourdough, awesome experience. It can cut through the sourdough easily, can produce very thin slices which is quite difficult to achieve using bread knife.
the knife cuts my soft bread loaf very easily and nicely. But unfortunately I could not use it cut my crusty sourdough bread easily as what one customer commented he could do that with ease. good knife with spare set of blades too .
