And i have lost 8 kg weight in 2.5 months.Calorie control and proper workout procedure will definitely help you loose fat and build muscle. My calorie intake was almost 1000-1500 max per day. And my protein intake was 120-140 gm in average.Also i would like to add one more thing which is whenevr i consumed more than the required serving it would upset my stomach. So take the serving as per suggested which is 15ml. Had this about a week. Took a few days to start using it. I had been taking the carnitine pills for 3 -4 days with no result. Looked it up and found I was taking too small a dose. Also learned the liquid form works better. I read the reviews and was afraid this stuff would be nasty. But was pleasantly surprised: I actually like it. Now today I see results. It's making me burn fat. Not cheap but I now think it was worth it.Size ,taste, quality is great
