I have completely used it and now i am reviewing it.It does help in weight loss and help in strength if you consume before workout. Loads of energy.But you also need to follow proper calaorie control diet.I also used to drink lemon water early in the morning before breakfast (3 -4 lemons). And i have lost 8 kg weight in 2.5 months.Calorie control and proper workout procedure will definitely help you loose fat and build muscle. My calorie intake was almost 1000-1500 max per day. And my protein intake was 120-140 gm in average.Also i would like to add one more thing which is whenevr i consumed more than the required serving it would upset my stomach. So take the serving as per suggested which is 15ml. Had this about a week. Took a few days to start using it. I had been taking the carnitine pills for 3 -4 days with no result. Looked it up and found I was taking too small a dose. Also learned the liquid form works better. I read the reviews and was afraid this stuff would be nasty. But was pleasantly surprised: I actually like it. Now today I see results. It's making me burn fat. Not cheap but I now think it was worth it.Size ,taste, quality is great
