My husband swims, bikes and runs regularly to compete in long-course triathlons. I got him taking Rose-Hip Vital for tendonitis in his shoulder. He originally needed cortisone in the shoulder for inflammation and pain but once he took Rose-Hip Vital regularly the symptoms subsided and he was able to keep training without taking other medication. At times when he has forgotten to take it the pain returned so he will not go a day without this now. Also great for immunity, recovery after exercise and general wellbeing.

I have been using Rose-Hip Vital powder for the last 5 years and have found it works well for arthritis in my joints. On the odd occasion where I forgot to take it, I noticed the pain returned in my fingers and foot. I use the powder as the dose is very small and it easily mixes in with my yogurt. It doesn't have a strong taste or flavour & for me I find powder easier than the capsules (but the capsules are great for travel or away from home).
I find the powder palatable. As far as its efficiency for osteoarthritis, ill have to give it at least 4months to confirm if it does help with pain
Excellent product in helping with pain n discomfort related to joint pains. 20 min and it’s like it’s all back to how it was while I was young.
I tried this product for several months as l have osteoarthritis in both ankles, but was not able to notice any difference in the pain and swelling.
Bought it for my dogs who have arthritis seems to be assisting them with their mobility :)
I have only been taking the powder 3 wks but prefer it over than capsules.
