I was pleased with the size, and the multi levels mean there is lots of space for the dwarf hamsters to play. I was worried about them potentially escaping from a cage so decided on this one as it only has a few bars at the top.The built in water bottle, bowl, and sand bath are nice features. I like that the whole structure lifts out from the bottom tray to clean out.Only wish there was a little more floor space for a couple more toys such as a see saw.

Bought this cage as I urgently needed to split two of my hamsters up due to them fighting. The cage is really hard to put together and feels like you’re going to break something in the process. Tried both of my hamsters in it and both of them dislike it, biting and climbing all over the bars. I had to take out the wheel that cane with it as it’s that loud my dad thought there was a small earthquake happening! Very little floor space for the hamsters, I wouldn’t buy this again, however it was much cheaper than anywhere else I saw online.

Any of these plastic cages are way too small for you hamsters or gerbils. They are ridiculously expensive and don’t cover the minimum requirement for them. Hamsters don’t need levels, they need floor space to run and a decent size wheel (I suggest the ones from Amazon... they are cheep and much larger than those provided with cages. Your hamsters back should not curve!) Bin cages are cheap and have enough space for plenty of bedding to tunnel in and floor space requirement. Or the detolf cabinet from ikea .. this is what I use for my Syrian and it’s perfect and much worth the money than these small plastic, over-priced prisons.

Hamsters need a cage by 80x50cm. 100x50 is recommended for female Syrians. These are highly unsuitable and honestly it is cruel that these are sold. Please do lots of research before owning a hamster. Research has updated and changed.
I originally wanted a different cage but they only had this one in store so bought instead. After getting it home and out of the box I was very impressed with the size and how easy it was to put together. It feels sturdy and durable and ideal for lots of exercise and space. My only issue is that the top grate is a little tricky to close but other than that would definitely recommend for a safe environment for any hamster or mouse.
Great hamster home. My roborovskis Ben &Jake seem really happy in it. I only got the home today. Unfortunately the bottle seems to have a little slow drip coming out the nozzle . Apart from that. The home is really nice and good quality.

An animal being small in size does not make them a commodity or mean they do not need lots of space - even dwarf hamsters need a lot. A lovely robust home for small animals. Easy to clean and easy to assemble.All the platforms are attached to the top. And can be fiddly to remove and replace, but I think the more I do it, the easier it will become.Comes with everything you need, so you just need to add substrate, food and animals.Decent price too. I've seen these at a more expensive price.I did Wilkinson click and collect which was also pain free and easy.Over all, I'm very pleased with my purchase.
I went to the pet shop specifically looking for this item as we already had one and it was a gift for my niece for her birthday as I promised I would get her some hamsters. Anyway I wasn't paying the prices the pet shop was asking so like we all do these days we check online and straight away Wilko you saved the day coming in at £20 cheaper so I snapped the button quick as a flash. From pressing the button receiving a personal phone call from the store to say my product had arrived for click and collect and to be visiting the store for the first time I couldn't believe the products and prices to offer in store. I am very pleased with my purchase and the whole experience and I will certainly be returning to Wilko for a lot more products.
