Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil Liquid 150ml

You folks at Rosita have been very persistent in asking for my feedback on your product. Which I find curious, because the product I bought; Cod Liver Oil is a very long term game, and thus challenging to review immediately with any accuracy. I bought it to give to my infant son in hopes it will aid the growth of his body and brain, as the studies say it will. If I were reviewing the cost, it feels a little high, but I don't know what processes are required to make extra virgin cod liver oil and I trust your process and product are superior, hence the high price. But as for my experience using the item? I put a few drops in my son's baby food. Beyond that it could be olive oil for all I know. I guess I'll write a second review in 18ish years once my son is old ... MoreYou folks at Rosita have been very persistent in asking for my feedback on your product. I guess I'll write a second review in 18ish years once my son is old enough for cognitive reasoning tests. My recommendation to you, Rosita, if you read all of this, you need to craft your feedback questions differently. Because the 'experience' of using cod liver oil isn't exactly the same as a motorcycle or game console.

I was hesitant to try cod liver oil but wanted the health benefits associated with it. (I was mostly hesitant because I assumed it would taste terrible.) I’ve been taking it for about 4 months or so, and will never stop. The most noticeable change is my skin. I have always had pretty clear skin and a good complexion, but the CLO has made it noticeably better! Shortly after starting to take it, my husband started frequently commenting on how smooth and “creamy” my face looked! While I can’t really pinpoint other noticeable changes, I am able to notice that I feel different if I forget to take CLO for a few days.I don’t like the taste, but have figured out a good workaround. I hold my nose, take my dose, take a sip of water, and then chase it all with an orange ... MoreI was hesitant to try cod liver oil but wanted the health benefits associated with it. I hold my nose, take my dose, take a sip of water, and then chase it all with an orange slice per a recommendation I saw in the reviews. Can’t taste it at all! Also love the peace of mind of buying a high quality product that is good for me and not full of chemicals and additives.

I've been taking Cod Liver Oil for 6 months. I took the liquid capsules but recently switched to the liquid. I'm guessing with any vitamin and mineral, it's healthier to take it as a liquid verses a capsules. I've been taking fish oil for years but changed to cod liver oil when I read about how much better cod liver oil is for your body. My body doesn't process vitamin A, so my skin turns orange when I eat carrots. Cod liver oil has helped my liver process vitamin A, so I haven't turned orange in a few months. Yeah! No, it's not the best tasting, but since it's kept in the refrigerator, I can take it before dinner and the taste is covered by my meal. I did take it before bed, but the taste lingered and was't pleasant for me or my husband. I recommend using the Cod ... MoreI've been taking Cod Liver Oil for 6 months.
