The bag is larger than I anticipated and we are so happy. All school stuff fits, plus a lunchbox, plus the makeup plus, tablet, phone, charger and cables and still have room. Snaps are awesome. Velcro for the main flap may become an issue. I’ll add snaps. Strap will accommodate any need. Really sturdy and long. Love the canvas. Thankfully, multiple pockets and a zip deep pocket inside. Horizontal is the way to go.

I bought this bag a month ago. The bag is heavy duty canvas and great but only after one month the inner interior zippered bag where you put your keys etc ripped and there was a hole in it. I took it to a seamstress store to fix and the material was so cheap it started disintegrating. They had to sew me in a new zippered pouch another $20 bucks. So now I'm into this bag for $43 bucks. I use this bag everyday on the Metro so it gets a lot of use. I like that the side pockets hold a 20oz aluminum drinking container. I just wished the bag had 2 inner walls with velcro so I could put my Kindle on one side.

In love with my new bag! I have a love for military gears and this bag is just fantastic. It is very roomy and great quality, strong and durable. It is an authentic bag which means a lot to me. It looks great! Im extremely happy with my new bag! I plan to buy more in other colors.

I'm a Mr. Mom who was tired of carrying my wife's diaper bags. I couldn't think of a more badass diaper bag than the messenger bag that Jack Bauer uses in 24. I've had this bag for 3 years, and 3 children. I carry it with me EVERYWHERE. Every trip to Target, or the countless trips cross country, this bag is at my side. My wife laughs at me because even when I leave the house without kids (rare) I always do so with this bag slung over my shoulder. I bought this for university and after a couple months of use I can say with confidence that this is an ideal bag. Plenty of room for textbooks, food, water bottles and stationary, and with an adjustable strap it can fit all people of all sizes. Convenient and easy to use, I highly recommend this bag!
Indian not Chinese made, good quality cotton, practical. Good value in the US perhaps, but shipped to Australia a little dear. Unfortunately most Australian eBay listings favor Chinese slave made goods.
Several years ago I bought a Rothco bag that was a better design. The flap on this one is too small and does not cover the sides of the bag. That allows trail dirt, rain or snow to fall into the bag. Also, the strap on the older bag was detachable with better hardware.
Great bag for dog training. Tons of room for bumpers, pockets for leads, treats. Not too bulky or heavy, works well in wet conditions. 👍
Nothing in life is perfect but this bag is very close! The black is nice and dark. The canvas is very thick, the strap is nice and wide. The strap extends out so far; it's actually too long for me. I like the bag right at my butt cheeks; so I had to shorten it. It has plenty of room and can hold two water bottles on the outside. Has a little zipper pouch inside, open pockets under the flap. The flap has Velcro to hold it down. Totally worth $30.00 and I would buy it again.
Literally stinks of formaldehyde or a similar preservative. I've left it outside for weeks and I still wouldn't be comfortable wearing it in public. I suppose I could wash it, but there are no directions. What a waste of money.
