Royal Albert Old Country Roses Dinner 20 Piece Set

Oh I have wanted to own my own bone china in this pattern for as long as I could remember. Its absolutely so beautiful and as beautiful as I hoped it would be. My husband likes it too and is glad that I treated myself ❣️ I will definitely be using it this PassoverEaster dinner. I absolutely❤❤❤ Wayfair And they do have just what I need. ❣️❣️❣️

China worth treasuring

I have had this pattern for years and years. It can be elegantly dressed up for formal dinners or a small get together. The gold rim looks as good today as the day I bought this china. There are many additional pieces to this set which provides a multitude of options if completing your set. I have even found wine glassss in this pattern.I highly recommend this beautiful China if you are wanting to create an heirloom worthy of passing from generation to generation.

Disappointed

I sadly address you today to express my utter disappointment on a product of yours. On November 9, 2013, I purchase your Royal Albert® Old Country Roses 65-Piece Flatware Set w/ 11.75" Porcelain Platter – item number 432-564 priced at $197.49.Although ordering and shipping was very convenient, upon receipt, I was in awe with the lack of attention to detail in workmanship.Let’s take the platter: The “stunning gold accents” on the brim shows uneven, jagged edges with streaks all around on the plate border, pitted surface and multiple grey inclusion spots on both top and bottom of the plate. Such paint job resembles what a beginner would produce during his basic ceramics class. Inconsistent throughout all pieces, some roses are barely covered by the gold application while in others, the gold over extends up to 3 mm. past the design. Even more on the serving pieces.They look good , but the quality is not there, not even at this price point.

Gorgeous dinner set

I received this beautiful dinner set from Myer. The packing was impeccable and the Victoria Albert Old Country Roses is beautiful as always. I placed an order to replace a set. I am delighted by my experience of shopping at Myer.

Just lovin' it!!

There are no cons to this graceful,elegant set! The details are wonderful and you find yourself fascinated with the color and form of the roses as well as the gold trim. I bought them to be a classic set to use for the Holidays and I know I won't be disappointed in the holiday table and I will look forward to using them year after year. Other serving wear is available as well as tea and coffee set so you can continue to add to the set Beautiful dishware and teapots is a weakness of mine and I was thrilled with the set. Believe me you will be pleased and smile when ever you use this wonderful set, welcoming enough to be used everyday If you choose or elegant enough to impress the fussiest of diners.

Love love love my new china

I purchased this set twice and cant wait to get another setting for four. My mother has the same set from many years ago. I was shocked to see the set on evine for the price advertised. I purchased immediately. I got a great deal compared to how much my mother paid for this many years ago. The china is absolutely breathtakingly gorgeous. One cup broken in transit!

Please replace one teacup broken in transit! When unpacked the handle was broken off in 3 pieces! TY! The rest of the set is absolutely gorgeous! I am very excited & pleased! Wanted this set for many years...so glad to finally afford it!

Returned chipped edges and defects

Promptly returned. There was a mosquito in one of the cups. The edges were chipped. No idea why that was the case. All items had a defect. I commend David jones for a quick and stress free return.
