My dog loved the loaf, and I definitely noticed that she seemed calmer when going through some changes to her routine. Over Christmas and New Year her routine was disrupted, and this had caused her to become more anxious. I fed her this loaf mixed with some dry food as a breakfast meal, and i did notice that even though she still followed me for reassurance, she seemed calmer and able to lie/rest when I sat down for a while. So really feel that this food did help her.
