I use RC Recovery for my cats that need additional nutritional support during certain periods of the year (chirurgies, appetite loss from illnesses, harsh weather for my outdoor cats…). You can even seringue feed the product as it becomes more liquide when mixed. When I cat earth very little the high nutritional value of this product can save its life.

My cats like this, however, one of them throws up after eating it. I couldn't figure out why until I saw the ingredients. Milk! Because cats are naturally carnivores, milk has no part in the diet of a wild cat. Since these cats are never fed with milk or milk products their lactase production stops completely - which is why it is a bad idea to offer a feral cat a saucer of milk. The only cats which are lactose-tolerant are cats which have been fed milk on a moderately regular basis since kittenhood.

Millie is getting older, her weight always drops in the summer when she roams and this food has been a massive help keeping her healthy and strong. She never turns her nose up at it & within a week she's gained lots of condition. Really useful to have in for when other pets have been unwell and great it's suitable for both dogs and cats.

In all honesty can’t review yet as haven’t used. I bought to keep for emergencies. The idea behind these critical nutrition foods is excellent as I have found when they have upset stomachs and off their food for some time it helps to restore essential vital signs and of course their appetite. When used will return and review!
Great product when fur babies are not feeling the best
I use this food for my old cat with CKD and anemia. He likes it. It easy to eat.
Quick delivery, good value for money
Great for tube feeding, my cat likes it even as a regular food.
My elderly cat begs for food/eats constantly but doesn't seem satisfied by most cat foods. He's been checked for thyroid problems, etc. and is fine so I tried this to see if it would help him. He wasn't a fan at first but once used to it, its now his favourite. He settles and is happier till his next scheduled meal. Its pricey but he's better.
