I was extremely surprised as it was low prices & was buying as a spare for sleep overs etc but I put it on my bed & swapped it with my several hundred dollars Doona I l absolutely LOVE IT & id never bought, used Banboo anything before but I was extremely surprised that something so light weight could be so warm & cosy that makes you want to go back to bed after dropping kids off to school & bringing my laptop & work into the bedroom as it was so enticing & have found myself doing several times!! While I find this duvet to be of lovely quality and it fits well on my king size bed, I do not believe it is suitable for winter use in New South Wales. Unfortunately, I purchased it specifically for winter, but it hasn't provided the level of warmth I was hoping for. That being said, it's not a major issue, as I have been able to layer it with another blanket and stay comfortable. Overall, the duvet is good quality and meets my needs for most seasons, but for those in colder climates, I would recommend seeking a heavier option for winter use.

Was pleasantly surprised how much I like this down alternative. It's quite fluffy which is the look I wanted, but as others have mentioned it is also quite warm and during this spate of hotter weather lately we are mostly just under our flat sheet which is totally fine with us. I'm still waiting on my duvet cover to come in, so not sure how it will look covered but imagine it will be fine. Docking a star (more like 1/2 a star and rounding down...) because it doesn't have a way to secure it to the corners of a duvet cover to prevent it from moving around.

The duvet quilt is just wonderful!I love the look of the quilt and the weight is just perfect...year round.It makes my bedroom look luxurious and comforting.I am thrilled with my purchase....I have brought one for my mother-in-law...and I'll be buying another one for another of my bedrooms.

Arrived quickly and is a nice weight but I don't like the texture - it feels very synthetic despite saying it's a cotton cover. It might feel better after washing but it's not my preferred type of quilt - I prefer something a bit fluffier and with the boxing it doesn't give that feel. But good quality and price point, just doesn't gel well with my sensory needs.

Good quality quilt and a good size.

I purchased this quilt as it's one of the only ones I've found at a reasonable price that was a true California King size. It is very light, and the loft is lovely and so far it's very warm. Everything about it is very good quality. I would have given 5 stars if it had not gone astray in the post which would not be an issue if it was easier to get hold of someone on the phone. The quilt also had a couple of small round rust marks on it from the metal o rings on the bag the quilt came in. Couldn't be bothered going through the rigmarole of returning it plus there there was no more quilts in the size I wanted so I decided to just live with it.

Really Warm & Light

I purchased the first one of these quilts before last winter and it is fantastic. Plus it was available in a Super King! It's light, very warm without feeling synthetic and maintains the loft. Retains filling distribution when washed. When they were advertised at a heavily reduced price I purchased a second one and one for the guest bedroom.

Such a let down!

I purchased this on sale believing I was getting a great deal. I've had it in use for about 3 weeks and it's horrible quality. It slides around inside my duvet cover so much despite having ties on each inner corner, it's not breathable in the least, (think cheap, hot polyester feel) and the worst part...ALL of the filling has clumped up in random spots making an ugly, lumpy, mess of my bed! I was waking constantly last night trying to adjust it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.Can someone please contact me regarding a refund. I will gladly return the product!

The best gift to myself!

I have now ordered another of these lovely quilts, they are light & seem to trap the heat so you remain so lovely and warm all night, especially with the colder weather now.I do wonder though with some complaints I have read re size & bamboo content, all these issues are covered with the description details, perhaps if people read all the details they would have all of their queries covered.I use mine as quilts, either on top or under my comforter not as duvet inners!Bought both on special & absolutely love the quality & the finish.
