The dirtbag allows my golden retriever and I to have our adventures and get back to life/work with minimal disruptions. She regularly comes to work with me and it’s helpful to put on if it’s a rainy day. If we go for a swim I can put it on her and she dries in about 10 minutes while the car/house stays dry and clean. To top it off she doesn’t mind wearing it at all! I love it and would buy it again without a question: Everyone that has seen us with it wants one.

I was hoping for a drying garment - this is so much more!They call it a dog drying towel but it snaps securely on like many of RuffWear's harnesses, and seemed to be completely comfortable.All three of my dogs dried faster from their bath and didn't leave huge puddles wear they laid.I will defiantly be taking this on wet Search and Rescue call outs to help keep the back seat drier as my SAR dog dries off - not having to lay in a puddle will accelerate the drying process!The outside of the coats stayed dry the whole time - even though the dogs were sopping wet when they got the coats put on.This is a total win for us!

A great item for living with wet, dirty dogs. We use the ruff wear drying towel any time we take our dog hiking in wet, muddy environments. It’s great at containing hair, mud, and smells from invading the back of your SUV or car. It’s also really useful when camping in a tent with wet or dirty dogs for the same reasons. The materials are top notch and seem really comfortable on our dog. The terry cloth interior is soft and absorbent and the waterproof exterior contains the wet and muddy hair really well. The towel has buckle and clips underneath for a secure fit and is oversized for full coverage. My only gripe is that there is no slit to get a leash through. Overall though our pup likes is so much that she even likes wearing it at home and taking naps in it.

I cannot overstate how much I, and my dog, love this product! I have used it to wrap my dog up after swimming or a muddy walk to keep my car dry. I also recently used it to keep him warm on an open skiff adventure. Normally my dog isn't super comfortable on long boat rides with the wind blowing in his fur, but the dirtbag dog towel allowed him to settle in for a cozy ride. He LOVES wearing it. I also really appreciated that I was able to fit his lifejacket on underneath it. Adorable and versatile product, hoping to see it come out in more colors! My dog was borderline between needing a medium and large; sized up as recommended and it's worked great. A must for the outdoorsy adventure pup.
This product definitely helps keep the swamp out/off of your car's interior, especially if your dog likes to wait to shake off until she's INSIDE the car as mine tends to do. One of my dogs seemed to genuinely enjoy wearing this, the other hated it and refused to move and couldn't believe I'd inflict such suffering. It seems larger in person and covered a lot of her body and seemed to dry out quickly. The straps underneath kept it in place very well. The reason I only gave three stars is that the majority of her swampiness is on her underside, and this doesn't help with that. So, of course, she still gets mud from her paws and belly all over the car or house making it significantly less worth the investment.

This is perfect for that !I like that it covers him super well ( long on sides , I like the travel mesh bag ! I did expect a better Terry cloth similar to the dog drying mats ( see pic) that are super plush - for 90$ I would expect it yo be lined w a much better drying Terry ! He’s a slim dog so why not offer a med “Long “ as well !I’m trying the large but afraid it’s gonna be too loose in the girth area ( he’s 26” in waist )But a med will fit if I have to make it work ! As you can see he wears this into his crate which is exactly what I wanted ! To drive home from pool with his towel wrapped around him! This is a great dog product !
We've always used an old towel to dry off the dog, but find that even after a thorough cleaning she would shake and spray muddy water throughout the car. This allows you to dry off the dog but then wrap it around them to prevent any additional mud from being tracked into the car. The only downside is the part that goes across the belly isn't huge and so the underside is sometimes exposed to the seat.
I LOVE this drying garment! I have a puppy who loves to swim in Lake Michigan when we go hiking along the beach. This is perfect for the car ride home so he doesn't track wet sand into my car! He also loves to hop directly into my bed and under the covers as soon as he has escaped from his bath after the hike. This towel helps both of us as he dries much faster and doesn't leave huge puddles all over my floor, and I don't have to change the sheets either! I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has a furry companion who loves to swim or is against bath time the way mine is. Winston loves the towel and sometimes doesn't want to take it off! Also a great companion when traveling as it comes with a carrying pouch.
So I have a 20-25lb goldendoodle. We took her to my in-laws lakehouse and she loved the pool and water! She was jumping in the pool and swimming like crazy. After she got it, since we were headed inside, we put on the ruffwear to dry her off a little bit. We got her the extra small. Attaching a photo of her in it (not at the lake, but here for sizing). It worked like a charm. She's spoiled rotten, and didn't love it, but it worked great. I might even have to get the lifejacket for her because she wants to jump in the lake so much, and I'm a bit fearful of her doing it when we're not right there with her since it's harder to get out of the lake - seawall instead of beach entrance.
Amazing !! So she was between sizes i have a 70lb German shepherd service dog who gets bathed frequently has tot stay clean since she is in hospitals and medical facilities. She also loves to swim and goes on tons of adventures. So this product was a must for us she is has a double coat and takes forever to dry even with a force dryer. So this was awesome to put on her after drying her when she was still damp she snuggled up with this on she was so comfortable and fell asleep. No puddle left behind on the couch ♥. Amazing product going to be order a second one . I do wish you could dry it in the machine like a towel but i did tumble dry it with no heat which worked . Should upgrade it so people can use with a harness like your other products . But i love it 10/10 for me
