Tried this for several weeks. It contains the artificial sweetener acesulfame potassium. Ace-K is manufactured with methylene chloride. Research indicates that Ace-K may disrupt the gut microbiome. I did find this to be the case for me personally. The manufacturer should find an alternative. I will.

I've been using Rule1 Casein protein powder for a few months and love it! The slow-release protein is perfect for nighttime, tastes great, mixes well, and is easy on my stomach. Highly recommend!

I take this before bed and it mixes well with almond milk. I've only ever tried the chocolate flavour but the vanilla is very good as well. There's no gritty texture and it doesn't leave a weird film in your mouth like some other powders do. The price is also unbeatable compared to similar products on the market.

I rarely write reviews, but I want to try and save some people from wasting their money when there are plenty of great protein powders out there. This has to be one of the worst things I have ever tasted. I bought the Peanut Butter Chocolate flavor; not only is there not a hint of peanut butter or chocolate anywhere, but there is also an aggressively bad experience taste that, honestly, I can only compare to vape juice. How is that even possible?! Regardless, please, just trust me. $35 will afford you much better times than sipping on this nonsense.
