Got the Cookies and Cream flavor and so far heres my rating (Salted Caramel was sadly out of stock as of the time of purchasing):Taste: 8/10- Tastes really good for a protein powder. Of course don’t expect it to be as good as an scoop of Cookies and Cream Ice Cream. It still has that hint of whey taste.Solubility/Mixability: 9/10- Barely can see any clumps when using just a blender ball.Protein Quality: 9.5/10- Based on my research, Rule 1 is not amino spiked meaning that it really contains the stated protein content.
