it's good. I like it. it's easy to over cook because it doesn't take long. I found the best way is to put the dry pasta in a bowl , pour the hot sauce over it and wait a few minutes. by the time it's cooled enough to eat it's usually ready to eat.

Very nice texture that holds the marinara. Reasonably priced for a premium product.
Best pasta ever (and there aren't many we haven't tried!). Perfect for pasta bake - closest we've found to the Latini brand which is not available anywhere it seems
