I was very impressed with how it steamed a delicate silk/lace blouse and silk pillowcase, but a little disappointed in the finish of a heavy linen shirt. So easy to use with extra long power cord, easy to fill water tank and ergonomic light weight design. I love how quickly it heats up and how simple it is to use. The attachments that are included make creases disappear on any fabric. This would have to be the best steamer around. Sleek and stylish as well as light weight. Very impressed with the Russell Hobbs 2 in 1 Steamer Supreme.

I’ve never used a steamer of any kind before so was not quite sure what to expect and how well this was going to work but I was so happy with the results after the very first use. It was powerful enough to quickly and easily steal the creases out of my husbands thick cotton work shirts but the steak was gentle enough to freshen up my delicate polyester blouses. The kids school shirts were steamed crease free in under a minute and it has drastically reduced my ironing time which gives me back some time again on the weekends.

Absolutely impressed with this steamer. Light weight, easy to use, comes with a variety of attachments, heats up in seconds. Overall very happy. Only criticism I would have is that it doesn't come with a pouring cup to put water into it. The hole on the steamer is small so you need a funnel to put water in without wetting the whole steamer.

I’m not sure if my machine is faulty, or if it’s normal, but it hardly puts out any steam, makes a weird thumping noise and doesn’t steam very well. I tried different attachments, but it doesn’t change. It’s not a water level issue. Besides not producing alot of steam, it is very awkward and heavy to use. I bought this quite some time ago now and I’m very happy with how quickly the steamer heats up and that I can use it as an iron or steamer. Quality of the steaming is pretty good and as an iron I actually find it better. I’ve recently also used the upholstery attachment to steam clean my mattresses which worked very well. I’ve also used this on my blinds to give them a good clean. My only criticisms are that the water runs out quite fast, which isn’t a huge deal as it’s very easy to refill using the hole on the top of the machine. Other than that it does also sometimes leak water if I hold it upright to steam, bit annoying and can’t work out why it’s happening.
I purchased this with high hopes and was quite disappointed. It doesnt iron out creases like yr standard iron and needs refilling after ironing one shirt. Maybe I'm not using it properly but ive followed the instructions. I wont give up on it yet. Will try more garments. But atm I would call it very mediocre.

I tried to get the creases out whilst hanging but found too awkward due to the size of the material and not being able to open flat. I then pressed with them with the steamer on an ironing board and found this worked well. Did need to fill the tank a couple of times due to the size of the curtains and also found that the handle wasn't as comfortable as it could be holding the steamer in an iron position. Next was on some lightweight table cloths and heavyweight tablecloths. Again this was easier to do on an ironing board. The lightweight cloths ironed quickly but found my normal iron more effective on the heavyweight cloth. How fun is the Russell Hobbs 2 in 1 Steamer Supreme? I have a disability and struggle to iron so consequently, nothing has been ironed for years. We've lived with creases or not wearing materials that do crease. Enter the Russell Hobbs 2 in 1 Steamer Supreme, no ironing board needed (I can't set one up if I needed it and no room either way). Light enough to pick up and use with one hand. The clothing items I tested it on were visibly smoother and sharper looking within minutes. A huge improvement! Now I can wear my linen shirts again! You have no idea how exciting this actually is to me. A little bit of my independence regained. I can even steam the creases out of the curtains! Cannot recommend this fabulous device enough. Do we really need irons now?
As a mum of a very active little toddler I love anything that's easy to use and saves me time. And this does exactly that! No ironing board required and the fact that it removes bacteria as well as removing creases means I even use it on our bed linen and sheets. And it comes out perfectly. Really love this little steamer!
