I found the Russell Hobbs Advanced Glide Iron (RHAGI) an absolute delight to use. Ordinarily I am not a fan of ironing viewing it as a chore, however the RHAGI is a game changer. The chord with its extra length that doesn’t bunch up and coil, adds to the ease of the whole process. The RHAGI is light, has clear controls, quick to heat, great steam function and the spray is perfect. The garments I ironed looked fresh and crisp having effortlessly removed the wrinkles. I used the RHAGI on cotton, linen, wool and silk and each time had an excellent result. I can not fault the RHAGI and have no hesitancy in recommending it to friends and family. This iron is very easy to use and added feature of being able to be used as a steamer. However I found the plate of the iron to not really be that smooth when ironing so didn't glide as smoothly as I expected. Over all still a great iron and powerful for its price point.

Such a pleasure to iron with. The steam amount and heat was just wonderful to get all the creases out without much effort. Easy to fill, easy to use and made the task so much quicker
The Russell Hobbs Advanced Glide Iron makes ironing much easier than before. Our previous iron left clothes feeling scratchy and needed a lot of effort. This iron needed minimal effort and left shirts soft and crease-free. Would definitely recommend for those who avoid ironing!
Very impressed by the technical aspects of the iron. The steam power is strong and the full tank can last 30 min with continuous steaming. Loved that the cord is super long so you don't need an extension or to be strategically close to the outlet. Just wished that the cord won't bump into my hand or the cloth I'm ironing everytime I go back and forth.Also, wasn't a fan of the tiny cup provided to fill the tank (compare to the actual capacity... Feel like a bit of a toy) anyway the opening is large enough to just have the iron directly under the tap. Ironing experience was made easy and quicker than usual. Had to fill 3 times as I had quite a bit and was always using the steam. Visually the Iron is very pleasing, I like the colour and overall sleek look.The handle is very comfortable to hold, that may be my favourite part of this iron.The pointed nose really helps to glide across clothes easily.It heats up really fast so there is no waiting around to get started, it does take quite a while to cool back down.Performance wise I have no complaints, it does do a good job, however it doesn't work any better than any other iron I've used.I would still recommend if asked but I wouldn't rave about it.
I enjoyed using this product! Was very smooth and easy to use! I even lent it to my grandmother and she loved it! I like all the features and safety features it has! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
The Russell Hobbs Advanced Glide Iron was nice to use. The iron looks good, has a long cord & an easy to turn & read dial.After ironing 3 shirts, the iron became a little heavy. The iron did a good job & glided over the fabric. I didnt need to go back & forth much to iron ourlt the creases. The steam busrt function was good.
i've used or heard of the russell hobbs brand before. the iron is so smooth & simple to use on my linen & clothes. I love the brand & it's like other top brand irons. I actually recommend it
