Very pricey for a thin replacement..I now buy 1.6mm saxon line and easily rewind the spool for a quarter of the price.Works better, lasts much longer and is much stronger than the original Ryobi pre-wound spools.Don't get me wrong, I still love my Ryobi hybrid Trimmer..

This line is much stronger than what I have used in the past. Easy to do the whole lawn without having to open it up and fix a broken line. Recommended.

Doesn't fit properly! The spool doesn't release when you press the release button on my device. Maybe it's the wrong one? Very hard to tell which spool goes with which trimmer.
Bunnings website suggested this item to compliment the whipper Snipper that I purchased.2 things:1: the cord diameter is thinner than the OEM (1.65mm versus 2.0mm);2: these are for a different cord head of the Ryobi range

All good in the endThe partcodes for the Ryobi line trimmer & spare spools that Bunnings use in their online catalogue is different to the partsin the manual supplied by the manufacture with the unit. Having to order online took some guesswork to fiqure out what was what as it is messy & time wasting to return goods for credit. The unit is very satisfactory for what it cost.
My like trimmer doesn’t auto extend (which is a fault with the trimmer) but it has really highlighted how quickly these lines wear out or break. Often I will only get a couple 1-2 metres into trimming an edge before having to extend it because it’s worn or snapped.
If you want a quick replacement for your Ryobi Line Trimmer spool and don't care too much about results then this will probably do, but don't expect much else. The line is much thinner than the original line that came with the tool despite being the recommended replacement, it has too much flex so it doesn't cut very well and wears out too quickly. Overpriced at $20. I'll be selecting a better line next time and manually winding it on.
I was needing a replacement spool for the Ryobi ONE+ line trimmer (OLT1832) bought in 2021. This product looked similar but listed only OLT1830 (and other 1830 models) as compatible. I can confirm that it does fit and works just fine. Pretty much the same as the original line after my first 30 minutes of trimming.
