The vibration when using the chainsaw makes the battery disconnect.It’s frustrating as I have to remove and reinstall battery constantly.I have two batteries and the problem is the same whichever is being used.I have only taken it out of the box 3 days ago and used it once .

No hassle, easy to use chainsaw. Don't have to worry about petrol, starts immediately. Easy to use and start so the family can use it. Does exactly what we need it to do.
I have used many petrol chainsaws and this is their equal for most jobs. I have spent the weekend cutting up a large tree and this chainsaw handled 300mm branches with ease and was safe and quiet to use. Having spare batteries helps if you are tackling a big tree
like most electric motors loads of torque. I like the easy chain tightener.
I upgraded from the 18v to this 36v and its a beast.
Nice and easy to use! So glad I got this one so that I can use the other 36V batteries I already have.
this is the best chainsaw i have owned and i have had a few over the years, easy to adjust the blade and easy to keep the blade lubed... light but not to light ...more than enough grunt ... and a great looking saw
I bought the Ryobi 36v chainsaw as I had the Ryobi 36v mower and have been very happy with it. Everything worked as expected with no issues. Easily handles backyard jobs including cured hardwood logs up to 30cm diameter.
