I have been using a Ryobi blower for many years now. I find them reliable, lightweight and easy to use. Cleaning the garden is not my favourite task. So, it was good to find a blower that is uncomplicated and thus easy to use and most importantly light-weight. Recommend it.

This tool is great for small tasks around the house. So if you have a patio or some small area that you need to blowv dust or leaves away from, this tool works really well. If you're looking to blow something else larger like a driveway or gutters, you'll need something more powerful. For the price, it's good value but it does reflect why this blower is cheaper.

This blower is great for clearing smaller spaces when you just need to get it down quickly. I've got a Stihl petrol blower that I've used for years (and is still great), but it takes a bit of time to get sorted and started. Not to mention that it's really loud! Provided you keep a battery charged, this blower is great for just knocking the job out quick and quiet. I bought as a pack with the battery/charger, which was great value - especially if you have other Ryobi tools.

Purchased this as a quick fix tidy up solution to remove the leaves etc that continue to blow up to the back door under the alfresco area. Yes a broom and dust pan works too but who could be bothered when this light weight unit gets the job done fast and effectively with half the effort and a lot less time. I would thoroughly recommend this product for small areas for a great result. I also tried this out on a lot larger driveway area (having lots of gum leaves) but probably it’s not as effective for larger areas. It still worked ok but due to the battery drain you’d need a second battery.
Lightweight, easy to use, the battery takes approximately half hour to fully charge.Used to ‘sweep’ the footpaths throughout my acre garden. Sadly, I only get approximately 15 minutes out of one 4.0 battery instead of the expected 50 minutes as stated in the manual.Called Ryobi to see if I could use a 5.0 battery as pictured on front manual cover, so hopefully will get more battery life from that. Only used this twice. 4.0 battery charge lasted longer the second time around.
This blower is very light and easy to handle even with the battery pack installed. Blowing force is a little underwhelming but if you only have a small area to do it's perfect. Pack was very affordable and great as it comes with the battery and charger giving you access to buy skins of other ryobi tools which can make creating a collection a bit cheaper. Overall for my purpose it was a great buy.
I recently purchased this blower. On the first use I found the power blows off the tube connected to the blower at random times. I solved this by taping it on with upholstery tape and it is great now. I suggest a lock on tube would solve this. It is still a great budget priced product that I will get years of use from. Thanks Ryobi.
Have had Ryobi petrol products before and have always been happy so choosing the brand was a no brainer. What to buy though was. I decided to go battery this time which is a first. Blown away (no pun intended) with this blower . Just the right size great power light easy to use and very effective. I was so impressed I have replaced the whipper snipper and mower all with Ryobi battery. I actually feel the whole experience of mowing lawns, which I hate if i am honest, is easier and less stressful. Ryobi battery products get a thumbs up from me.
I am a senior adult so the weight and simplicity of using the tool was most important ; particularly using an electric tool without having to have dangerous and lengthy power cords which are trip hazards. It was also important that my wife could use the tool as well ; rather than the tedious and tiring job of sweeping at our age . We have over 75 metres of rockery and we found the leaf blower extremely useful in blowing out the multitude of crevices without climbing all over the rockery with a broom ; a dangerous and hazardous job at any time ; it also makes cleaning the leaves off the driveway a breeze .
Nice lightweight blower. Makes a decent amount of wind to push leaves and grass clipping. Unfortunately, the motor keeps on burning out. Lasts around 4 months getting used only once every 2 weeks. On my 2nd replacement now. Bunning have no issue replacing under warranty. Ryobi need to address this issue though.
