Ryobi R18ST50-0 Stapler, 18 V, Hyper Green

Got this in the coronation special deal promotion as I was insulating under my floor (from below) and adding more in my attic. Saved so much time and effort that as far as I am concerned it has paid itself back already. Faultless and easy to use. Did not even chew on my 2.0ah battery power. Recommended 👌👍

Fantastic quality and never misfires !

I purchased this stapler for custom fitting of marine carpet in a variety of applications such as wheel chair ramps, custom camper fit outs. This makes life easy not having to drag a cord all around the job and its good quality and has never misfired or jammed a staple. A 2.5ah battery will last the whole day.

Great for around the home

Used this for bamboo fencing. Was using u nails and a hammer but suffering from a arm injury that idea went out the window. Saw this and thought why not. It is brilliant and feels sturdy enough for a home diy tool. Good power and you don't feel it through the hand. The added cable stop is good as the wife can use it for her Christmas lights. Cabinet maker by trade

Nice tool but

Nice tool but failed after less than 2 years. Used only for less than 1200 staples, but! Taken back to the place of the purchase, it was exchanged for a spanking brand new one in 2 minutes! The symptoms were: refused to accept more than one made of staples but even that every second/third staple was a misfire requesting a pliar to remove the stuck staple. Did not forward the staple load beyond the throat....

Pretty good, check your staples carefully. Needs a better indicator of where staples will be positioned.

Im pretty happy with this gun, aside from (my fault) buying an incompatible staple. It's buried deep in the book, but labelled near the trigger that this takes T50 staples. It won't take the trojan ones. Specifically you need to use staples with a 10mm crown.Loading staples was really counter intuitive and I had to look at the book carefully for this. Got there in the end.I wish there was a better guide on where the staples would be shot out. The little notches on the side are hard to view when light isn't perfect, so I wrapped a small piece of tape under the sole and that helps me sight where they will go. It would be easy for ryobi to etch a small mark in the metal cap for this instead.

Reliable easy to use stapler.

Great tool. Used on a recent home improvement job to reupholster. Adjustable drive nob at the back is very convenient and overall the tool just works as needed. Saved my hands from a manual stapler. The tool weight is fine. I didn't have one misfire or jam while using it.

Ryobi 18v Stapler is Awesome.

Purchased the 18v Ryobi stapler to do some handyman jobs around the house. Wow what a great product. It was able to staple into hardish timber without a struggle. Easy to reload staples and great adjustment on the driving depth of staples. Very happy.

Ryobi…. My Offsider !

I bought the stapler to make it easy to fix mesh to my new fence to protect my vege garden. I can’t believe how easy and user friendly the stapler is. The staples easily penetrated the fence posts. The battery operated stapler allowed me to use the tool far away from the house . My Ryobi tools are fantastic and make the jobs so much easier.

Value for money, effective and precise stapler

Got it out of the box, loaded it up and utilized all the staples delivered in the package within the first hour of work. The hour of work did not even tickle the battery (4.0), the grip on the machine is great - it's super easy to use. The stapler is accurate, powerful and effective. Would definitely recommend this product.

Very handy tool

I start from the beginning, in last year I was needed stapler for small DIY project, it should be a small, short one time project. So I bought cheap Trojan stapler, it did a job. During following year I used stapler so many times here and there, I was surprised. But Trojan gun was pain to use, 20 times you fired, 5 staples go into. I was deciding to invest in something decent and reliable. I have Ryobi, Milwaukee and Makita tools at home compare all 3 staplers, and Ryobi was obvious winner, incredible firepower, reliability and Price. After few months I use it, I can definitely say, that gun is just working, no one misfire so far (about 400-600 staples used) easy to control dial. Firepower was enough to shoot through 4mm composite panel easy.
