With a reputation for building strong and reliable steering wheels, SAAS has become one of the most well known steering wheel manufacturers in Australian motorsport. This SAAS Octane steering wheel continues this legacy, display excellent strength and rigidity, engineered into a tasteful design reminiscent of classic Italian steering wheels. However, only one glance as the modern steering wheel outer is required to remind the viewer that this steering wheel is most certainly engineered for the modern era. Recesses and seams are here strategically placed to remind a race-driver where the wheel is sitting in the hand, a wheel completely wrapped in strong polyurethane for outstanding durability. All of this combines to create an awesome racing wheel, suitable in style and design for the oldest or newest performance machine. Whilst this steering wheel does carry ADR approval, there are rules and regulations that cover the installation of aftermarket steering wheels in road registered vehicles. As these rules differ from state to state, please check with your local transport authority for further information.
