They have improved the handle compared to the one i purchased in 2020, make it easier to unlock the rotating mode. The old one lasted only 1 year, not sure how this one will be, hopefully it will last longer. Customer service is good.

Saw a review saying this was better than original design, definitely agree. Have to wait a couple of weeks for delivery though, as a special order from Bunnings.

The original one break without any reason. This replacement one looks having a better design

The clip on the handle is better engineered but they have made a cost cutting change, the new handle is 50mm shorter, when you’re over 6ft it makes a difference. The bucket part of the unit is not very environmental as you have to fill the bucket full to balance it with the handle. I fill it with less but have to carry the bucket with two hands to stop it spilling.
The item seems satisfactory though the the original gave in, in a short time. We will have to see how long this will last.
Mop spins dry, so there’s no dripping. Excellent product to use. I got two handles instead of one as I want my mop to last forever.
I was very disappointed in Sabco/Bunning not providing a complete set of collars attached to the sticks
Purchased for a second head for different types of floors,as strong and robust as the initial handle which we believe is the improved version of the original
Have had problems in the past with the Sabco handle lock and release mechanism, which would break so easily. Buying a whole Sabco Mop and Bucket set just because of a broken handle did not make sense. Glad to have picked up spare handles ( two of them ) when I found that they were available, even if only on Special Order.
This replacement is far better than the original as the lever tends to Brek easily...I wonder why sabco didn't think about the problem from the start . It could have saved me $15
