I purchased this beauty product at Sephora through a Clean Sephora Favorites bundle. Honestly, I didn’t expect much since I haven’t had much luck with Saie products but I surprisingly liked this product more than I thought. I appreciate the easy to use pump. Packaging doesn’t feel cheap only practical and simple. The texture is not runny. I couldn’t detect a smell at all, which is a plus for me. But I say “dry down” leniently since it doesn’t get dry. I use it under either Tarte Shape Tape, Yensa Serum Foundation or Haus Labs Triclone Foundation (my HG). It has mixed well with all either directly or applied before and dottedAGAIN after.Starglow is a product I will buy til the end of time. I do have the other shade as well and will use that more in the summer either added into my foundation or mixed with Starglow. I don’t go through it a much as Starglow but I like it SO much better than the DE bronzing drops for a touch of color (don’t get me started on that product).I have a number of Saie products and I love them all, but this one….this is their best product I’ve tried. I have also tried some similar products just to see, test them waters….yet nothing compares to this or even comes close to be a “dupe”.I’ll put this on real quick just to run errands on no makeup days and forget that I even applied it and 5 hours later someone will compliment my skin when I’m at the grocery store. I’m 41. People just don’t stop and compliment my skin, lol.Also I have very sensitive skin that is prone to eczema and irritation with a number of ingredients, this never irritates my skin.I know it has gained a lot of hype and it’s absolutely deserved. I’ve been doing some wedding makeup testing since I’m getting married in Nov and this is one of the products that must be used for myself and my wedding party. I did one test without and in the photos the makeup looks so flat and dated compared to the ones with.Buy it, play with it, love it. It’s gone viral for a reason. But, my skin seems to looooove this. I use mineral sunscreen due to my sensitive skin, and it can be really drying soon into the day no matter how much I moisturize beforehand. This actually gives that extra layer of moisture with the touch of rosehip oil in it and it's balanced well with lactic acid (an AHA) to help keep pores unclogged, which means it clears out my skin. In the morning my skin seems more clear and glowier and a huge part of it, I believe, is this. My skin does not feel tight and dry by the time I get home when using Glowy Super Gel.For me, what makes these Glowy Super Gels special is that they prevent my makeup from creasing. Either used under makeup or a tiny dab applied directly to the problem area, this product stops the settling of cosmetics into fine lines like magic. Since using these Glowy Super Gels I have stopped setting my makeup with power nor do I reach for my setting spray very often now. I will continue to wear Glowy Super Gel for the foreseeable future, would love an economy size option!
