I love the OG's! They remind me of back when I first started wearing Salomon. The red is bright and vibrant and gets lots of remarks in public. Extremely comfortable and easy to wear all day long. I wish they offered a wide size, but they aren't uncomfortable at my normal size.

I'm a hardcore NB327 fan and i wasn't sure about completely new brand, vibe and shoe. Seriously, this is my absolute favourite pair now. It styles SO WELL with anything. And they're so comfortable and cool. Absolute best. Well done

Over 10 years ago I bought a pair of XT Wings to hike in Nepal. They were absolutely amazing and lasted many many years. When I retired them I never found another pair of Salomon's that could replace them until now! I walk a lot with my Great Dane and I was therefore VERY excited when I saw that the XT-4 OG had a very similar construction to my XT Wings. I bought a pair in size 9 mens (I am normally a size 10.5 women) and I am very HAPPY that I did! Can't wait to go on long walks with my dog and feel like I am walking on air! I hope these last a long time like my XT-Wings did! Only time will tell!
I have several pairs of the XT-6, so I added the black XT-4's to my collection. I am very pleased with my purchase. I noticed the shoe is slightly different from the XT-6 in terms of width (this style is a little wider) but overall very similar otherwise with the quick lace and very comfortable shoes. Despite being slightly wider I still ordered the same size I get in the XT-6 and the fit was just fine!
I bought these about a month ago and it's hard to stop myself from wearing them daily. FI wore these to Coachella and had absolutely no foot or backpain all weekend. They cleaned up perfectly after being in the dust as well. I get compliments on these from nature enthusiasts, sneaker heads, and every day humans. If you're on the fence about purchasing, here's your sign to add to bag ASAP
Very happy with the vanilla coloured xt-4-og the have style are comfortable and stable however I was hoping for more arch support in that stability …. Something that could be engineered into a shoe like this. I’m a size 8 women’s and wear orthotics and usually size up to an 8.5 or 9 so I ordered a men’s size 7 and the fit right.over all they are good shoes, and love the design and colour way
I needed a replacement for my hiking/everyday shoes. These looked stellar and fit the bill.So far, I've done quite a few hikes over both smooth and very rocky terrain (no more than 4 miles at a time though). Right out of the box they feel very stable and super secure. I use the Speedcross 4 for running and Spartan races. The XT-4 Advanced have much more cushioning than the Speedcross line (I've gone through four pairs of them - yes, lots of trail runs and races over the years). They give your foot a nice secure fit without being too tight and very stable over very rough and uneven terrain (roots, lose rocks, large rocks, hardpack etc.). I “Nordic Walk" … not trekking but the aggressive power push “ski walking" with high end poles. I cover a lot of distance each day at a 6 kph or more speed, almost entirely on a concrete / tar road surface or track. The average shoe starts to breakdown at the 240-300 km mark. Not these. I am usually able to go into the 600 km point before the shoes start to show any wear. My last pair is approaching 800 km and is just starting to show age. Further, the lacing system is a perfect set-and-forget. Unlike a standard lacing system, I never have to stop/adjust the shoe during the walk and no more double-knotting. The shoe fits perfectly and with the lacing system holds its fit during the exercise period. Highly recommend.
I really like the shape of the shape and the design. Fit true to size. The colorway is crazy. Only thing That I Don't really like about a lot of model the yellow réd and blue on the tongue never fit good on the shoe because these 3 colours already Don't look good together and if you put these colour on a red shoe, you Don't want to see à blue rectangle out of nowhere. Exept that the shoe and quality is totally soo stylish.
