I trail run and I like to store my water as well as gel in my Pulse. However, this flask leaks due to its small size. Funny enough, I have no leakage problem with the bigger capacity flask.

This is exactly what I needed. Very durable and great for filling with GU gel, though for best results add a few drops of water. No leakage and sits well in a front pocket of a Salomon vest or belt.

I bought this on June 30th, 2023. It's August 18th, 2023 and it already leaks. It may have been leaking from the start, but I might not have noticed because it's leaking from a pinhole sized hole. Here's how I've been using it: I fill it with coconut water, load it into my Salomon running vest pocket, drink from it, unload it, rinse it out with water, and put it upside down into a cup to air dry. I haven't been doing anything that is beyond normal use and it didn't last two months. This is my first experience with using Hydrapak soft flasks.
Great for what I need, I hydrate mostly prior to shorter runs, 10k - half marathon, as mentioned by another buying perfect for diluted gels or sodium based water (salt replacement).Absolutely no leakage, fill to top, sipping removes air from flask so no sloshing around.Only drawback is in the summer I like to fill day before and refrigerate, but for some reason the water tastes artificial, plasticky, other than that it’s a perfect addition for those easy shorter runs.
Perfect for those shorter rips in a belt style carry, or also fit great in my older Nathan vest that has super small flask pockets. I have a bunch of the 42mm size flasks for my regular running vests as well.
Just right size in my pocket for urgent need. Compare to other brand Salomon flask is the best.
