Use them for outdoor trainings in the park and they are not really good. I do burpees, snatches, air squats, lunges, 400m runs. The sole has an uncomfortable shape. But the shoe has a good shape overall. They are not breathable at all though, they might be water repellent but its not worth much if they can’t breath anyway. I like the laces.

If you’ve worn the XT 6’s, it’s the exact same footbed, so a firm step but hugs and cushions your foot arch. This shoe isn’t claimed to be waterproof, but running through small puddles keep your feet dry. A great over all shoe which is way more breathable than salomons other goretex runners.

Bought these for my husband for his upcoming travel through Europe. Very lightweight, excellent constructions, pull tab on the back heal, extra stitching on the tongues.
