This is the first time I have purchased a ceramic type of frypan, having always used a non stick.I've been very happy with the Tan-lum 28cm frypan. I keep the heat relatively low, so where my hotplate goes up to 9, I usually cook around 4 or 5.It cooks everything very well, right from steak, stirfry, eggs etc. The weight is not too heavy, which is good for me, as it makes life easy if I can use just one frypan for everything.I would be more than happy to purchase this brand and type of frypan again.
