SALUS Calcium Magnesium ( 250 ml )

I bought this product as I intuitively felt my Vit D levels were low, I had been spending a lot of time indoors also. It’s effective and works pretty quickly too. I took one bottle within the timeframe listed on the bottle, and got some gentle sun. The evidence for me (apart from feeling better within a short period of time) was also my blood test results- which showed an improved level of Vit D. It takes great, and I have since switched to a daily tablet from another brand for maintenance, but Flordix products I’ve found are very effective go-to products that really work! I had it in filtered water, as it tastes quite nice to me. I’ve also seen this product at some top Melbourne naturopathic clinics - good to have on hand as a booster product IMHO.

Helped ease my sudden painful bones + joints caused by severe depletion of VITAMIN D back in UK climate after 10 years living in the sun. Tastes good and no adverse effects on stomach in my case. Vit D essential for immune system to work, as well as bone function. Magnesium + Calcium + Zinc also essential for healthy pain free bones. This combination great if unable to take iron in a tonic or supplement without upset.

I had trouble sleeping and developed restless leg syndrome at the age of 38. I am 41 now and have been using this product for a few years and I cannot live without it. It has helped me have a much deeper more restful sleep and the restless leg....GONE!!!! But if I don't take it, I know why I haven't slept well and why my legs drive me insane. Try it, it doesn't hurt. The price is the best I have come across. The taste has a small hint of licorice, but it is pleasant.
