I've been using Sambucol for years. It's my go to whenever any of my family feel sick with a cold. If youD catch it early enough with Sambucol you can stop it getting full blown. I love that it's affordable, has no nasty side effects, tastes pleasant and always gives great results.
We have been using this for the past 3 years. We use as a preventative measure with good results. Take a few doses when we are feeling run down or when being around people with cold / flu and increase IF any onset of sniffles, throat tickle etc. We have avoided serious cold and flu l since using this product. The cost is worth not getting sick.

Our family has been using this product for the past 4 years and it has helped reduced the length and severity of colds and flu. We start taking it with coughs, runny noses, high temps-early symptoms of cold/flu. Our kids have recovered much faster from the flu than their friends, though we also give our kids probiotics, fish oil and vitamins. It is expensive for a family of 8 but I find it a worthwhile investment and we always have a couple of bottles at hand.
