I have always been samsonite fan, but this is my first fancy one and I am obsessed! For starter's it is very lightweight. The material is hard and has a carbon fiber look, that makes it easy to spot your suitcase if it gets sadly checked by baggage and ends up on a conveyer belt filled with black luggage lol. I love how easy it is to move, the wheels work fantastic and it will go any which way you need it too. It has a handle that adjusts to different heights and works great for short people like myself or a taller person like my husband. The best features of this luggage is the combo lock that easily keeps your items safe. It also has a built in charger for when you're on the go and forgot to charge your phone at home. I highly recommend this Samsonite carry on for anyone, its amazing!

I treated myself and purchased this carry n about a month ago. Love the size and weight and am amazed by how how it holds. Unfortunately, I tried to personalize the lock combination. Huge disaster! After talking to a salesperson at the store where I purchased it, the best advice was to try every possible combination. More that 2 hours later, I got my suitcase to open with a combination that was not anywhere close to the 000 you purchase it with or the combination I used. Bottom line, I would not recommend this model. Disappointed by how much I paid for losing an afternoon! Additionally the directions that came with the suitcase for setting the lock were incorrect according to salesperson and very good YouTube video.

The weigh is what drew me to it but after seeing it up close I reconsidered because it makes no sense as to have the lid of the suitcase has the zipper begin at the bottom end not the top like all other suitcases. Not even the salesperson could believe it. It makes no sense because once you unzip the kid, all your contents would fall out into the other side of the suitcase. This setup also prevent you from opening the suitcase and pack both sides and having things laid out. Or if you are visiting someone & need to go into your suitcase everyday you would not be able to leave the suitcase open with lid against a wall because everything would fall out. This suitcase is perfection! First of all it looks so chic and stylish. The wheels roll so smoothly an easily! While this carry-on size, I was amazed by how much I was actually able to fit inside. I was easily able to pack for a weekend trip (and I am not a light packer!). An added bonus is the power plug to make it easy to keep your phone charged while at the airport. Great quality and design as I would expect from this brand!
I bought two of these, one black, one blue. During our first time using them, flying with KLM this Christmas, the cases were very badly scratched. I contacted Samsonite as I was surprised that they got scuffed so easily. The damage was far worse than that on cheaper cases we had had in the past. Samsonite weren't interested and only offered cleaning advice.
