Used this once and the zipper broke - Then asked customer service for a replacement but they said to take it to a service centre.... I live in regional NSW so this wasnt possible before our overseas holiday. looks like ill need to buy another suitcase

Bought this 2 weeks ago for it's outer design & (light) weight.Removable interior lining was a good idea but poorly designed & executed. Easy to remove but super difficult put back the lining / inner components because it's concealed & impossible to do so without a torchlight.The inner component also cracked in my first trip & rendered it useless. Inner pouch also tore in the first trip.Disappointing.

Excellent case in terms of general quality and functionality. However, the internal divider's "clasps" are a complete design failure. Rather than using a quick release slide clasp/buckle on each strap, it uses a toggle for which the insertion point is hidden behind the case's lining (via a small hole in the lining) and is practically impossible to find and secure on first try. A person with arthritic hands would have considerable difficultly securing the toggles. I am baffled as to why Samsonite would choose a component whose design is clearly flawed. This is a shame because otherwise the case is a great carry-on/weekender piece.

I have yet to test out the suitcase as my trip is in 2 weeks time, but my initial impression is great on eye appeal - understated and extremely versatile in size. After some research I found this to be the largest possible size that I can get among ALL Samsonite Expendable range. The sale price has won me over at the end ! Great Value !
Love it, the colour is lovely too, it easily stands out on the conveyor too which is nice
