I love this luggage, super chic however the luggage itself weighs so heavily on it's own without items inside. I have about 3kg worth of items inside the luggage and it weighs 10kg!!! Clearly no testing was done here lol!

This case has been a real let down though, dents on every corner, and once dented it looses a lot of strength so next dent in that area is twice as big.

Its a vey nice aluminium case. I bought an expensive personal item because I travel most times with touch screen computer and the last thing I need is to arrive and find it smashed. Even if it has to go in the hold or falls out of the overhead locker/ The case fills that role very well.The closing and locking feels secure. I would have preferred a four digit combination lockMy only complaint for the price is that I would have expected a better fitted interior. Computer, charger, papers etc all need secure pockets.
Very disappointed with this product. After its first use it looked like something you would pick up from a trash heap, very badly dented. Samsonite advertise this product as being robust and even show a video of it being dropped and tumbled around. Luggage less than a third of its price do not get damaged like this. Small dents and scratches expected, but not major damage like I received.
This suitcase is my first ever, and I'm not easily impressed. The build, quality, and ruggedness is beyond expectation. I'm very pleased with the design and its simple features. One thing that I do like to criticize is the extendable handle, I do not feel that it is sturdy enough, which is unfortunate, when I feel like lifting the suitcase by the handle. However, if it ever going to fail me, I feel confident using the product as an initiative consumer, due to the 10 years warranty Samsonite offers.Overall I'm very pleased, and would happily upgrade to a larger model when needed!
This product that very little (if anything) was left to chance. I used it for a weeklong trip away for work, where I need two very different sets of attire and to carry equipment. It fitted everything and even allowed for some souvenirs on the way back. I was really impressed with how well the system to hold the contents in place works and smoothly the case glided through the airport. The wheels are smooth, and the 4 free spinning system allowed for not having to drag it around the airports, a simple push was more than sufficient. The internal system to hold the contents is great as it keeps everything covered by the removable panel and the strap that holds the panel in place is easy to adjust. We took our Lite-Box Aluminium suitcases to Japan on our six week trip and it was a pleasure wheeling around something as stylish and sturdy. Love the look of the cases, they look so sleek and different to other aluminium cases and all the copies of that famous brand!After six weeks in six different cities riding the Shinkansen all over the country our suitcases were in perfect condition despite the constant packing, rough stowing and alighting in snow & rain.What a terrific design.
