Great suitcase. The only complaint I have is about the quality of the inner cover of one of the compartments. It’s paper thin, the zipper gets stuck often and the material It seems fragile.

Looks lovely, really light and moves well with silent wheels. Can't wait to use it. One main observation, I ordered 'sand' colour, which is far darker than expected, more dark brown, but still lovely.

My mother was aghast when I told her how much it cost me lol - as if I'm going to buy a case from a charity shop used with the smell of other people's clothes, no bloody way. This is great, could hide a body in it and still move it from A to B with ease. Now I just have to book a holiday ;-D

Used once for a weekend away and already scratched on the front. We took the car so the case went from our house to the car to the hotel and back again. Very disappointed. Could understand if we travelled via train/plane. Possible that the scratch was there when we purchased it as it was the one off the shop floor. For the price it is outrageous that the case could get a scratch so soon with such minimal usage. Returned the case for a refund. Disappointing as the case looks good (in the midnight blue) and is exceptionally light. This was my first foray into hard cases thinking they'd be more durable, not in this instance.
Very light suitcase for the capacity it can take. There are covers that match, which is great. They still have not found a better way to link the two halves than two flimsy plastic pieces which tend to break unfortunately.
This case is so unbelievably light, in fact so light I thought when I collected it I'd been given an empty box! When I travel I like taking my camera equipment with me as hand luggage, this is often bulky, very heavy and I find the camera rucksacks very uncomfortable. This is the perfect replacement! Because it's so light, it means hand luggage weight restrictions aren't taken up unnecessarily by the weight of your bag or case, I can fit all my camera equipment and more in, and because of it's super hard shell, everything is really protected. Yes it's expensive in comparison to other cabin cases, but it's money well spent if you're looking to protect your expensive belongings.
This case is perfect for long weekends - it's so light and easy to manoeuvre through busy airports and train stations due to the flexibility of the 4 wheels. It feels incredibly sturdy and the pockets/ straps inside the case make packing that little bit easier! I've only used the case twice so far but can already tell it's going to last me for years - it's incredibly durable and has no scratches or marks despite me travelling on trains and in busy stations. The stylish outer and inner adds an extra touch - without a doubt would highly recommend this case for to anyone travelling on city-breaks, long weekend or business trips, absolutely amazing!
Absolutely ideal case for all my short stay essentials. This is my first hard case and I'm converted! The separate compartments made it easy to cram in my extra outfit options and good on the way home for sorting my worn clothes. The case is easy to push around and the handle neatly folds away which proved handy when i was tavelling on escelators and navigating around busy stations. The case is light and easy to handle but the sturdy shell protected the more fragile items from the bumps along the way.
I have a bad experience in using your product which emphasis the lightest luggage "LITE-SHOCK". The luggage itself is really light but the wheels are not hard and strong to support the weight of the lugguage after it fills with stuffs. The first time when I bring it to Switzerland, it makes me embarrassment and angry as the wheels are broken during the trip just when I used once.I am very disappointed about my experience on that luggage as it costs a few thousand hk dollars. I have compliant about this to your firm and request to change a kind of double wheels for the luggage but in vain. I am strongly recommend your firm to improve the wheels of this product to avoid any inconvenience to customer.
I had bought the 75cm Lite Shock Sport last year and liked the combination of lightness and strength. I needed a larger suitcase so purchased the 81cm this time and on a discount.
