I bought this bag online in September 2016, when I was residing in Germany. Now, I live in Turkey and finally my bag's zipper got just broken. So, there is no so=called "Improved zipper quality with extra slider part in addition to the cord and smooth sliding zipper pullers"But this is ok, I can accept that after almost three years of using. However, the repair service accept this with a charge, because I have not bought it from Turkey and its 2 year limited guarantee already expired, after a 1-month waiting, they just called me and told me that they cannot replace the zipper and they need to see the local store's receipt.I could give it to some local repair store and gave it to the Samsonite Turkey distributor and they failed to provide a solution. Overall, I like the bag it's cool, professional and waterproof. There's one thing wrong about it and it effects my experience very much: the handle. When I put the bag on my back, the handle on top is disturbing my neck. You can't avoid it as the handle is not flexible or modifiable in any case.So, however it's a nice bag and all, the handle cripples the experience a great deal!

Brought this backpack to compliment my partners black version when we went away on holiday recently! It's got some great protection, back support and pockets for specific things like water and keys. Also holds a full gym kit too! highly happy!
Lightweight but sturdy, and feels comfortable to wear and carry. I chose this yellow slim one for the visibility, the sternum strap, and not being too bulky. It seems well made as I would expect at this price point. I have had it for about a month and am very happy with it.
As usual the quality of the product is great, bought this for daughter heading to college. Unfortunately there's not much room for anything else but laptop and a couple of books so this is pretty slim so perfect for business person who wants a sense of style but doesn't need too much extra space for extra's.
Bought my 1st Paradiver Light Backpack on the Samsonite website. Only a few months the zipper failed. Return could not be handled online. Had to pay additional 15 euros for return. Received new bag within 1 week. This one came with a broken zipper at the exact same point on the exact same zipper. 2 bags, 0 success and 15 euro's lighter. I gave up and bought a different bag at the store. (Brabants Lederwarenhuis in The Hague. They DO have great service).
I've been a Sandonite customer for decades now. I bought this backpack to use when going to uni by bike. The reasons why I chose this model where the style, the material quality and the design, with enough space to carry a laptop, a tablet and all study material despite looking so small externally. As usual, this bag did not disappoint me. I love it!
I was sent the mustard yellow backpack- not the grey/yellow one I ordered. I did not complain as this one was even nicer and more expensive! Comfortable and well designed but main zip completely broken after 2 uses. So useless.
I bought this for my trip to Iceland because I wanted a a back pack with propper waist and chest support. It was great for trip. That was in June. I used it last week for an overnight business trip and the zip for the main compartment broke. Luckily there are 2 zips but the mechanism is very week and poor quality. I'm about to return it to the shop I bought it at. I wont buy this one again and will hopefully swap it for a different back pack. Pity because Id have bought the cabin bag to match
