I have not had a hard exterior suitcase before. Although I miss the outer pocket I had on my old suitcase, this seems roomy and I look forward to using it. We chose the green ivy colour and I was very doubtful about this, but wanted something that stood out against all the black suitcase you see. I was pleasantly surprised. The green suitcase is darker than shown on the website and a really nice colour.

Great pockets internally. Could do with a flat surface on outside for carousel identifying stickers, but cannot beat weight and durability. Love the heights of the handle! Super fast delivery.Love love love

This is a well designed and good looking suitcase. Quality built and strong hardcase that will protect my precious possessions while travelling. Good internal storage, and has the bonus of being expandable. It was just what I was looking for for those short trips.

This case is a great size for a Cary on. It is very easy to roll. The expandable feature is also useful. It is very light so you can put lots of stuff in it and still be within your weight limit.I like the extra pickets in the cover on one side of the case. It has its own lock that is TSA approved. (Very useful for going to USA)Overall a great case.
Great decent sized cabin bag and super light. Main feature I bought it for was the expandable bit, but I didn't need it. I am also not 100% sure about the point of the USB charger facility - but I guess it was designed as someone realised there was a gap in the market!My only niggle was after it's first use one of the locks stuck and could not be opened - but John Lewis sent me a replacement immediately. Cannot fault the customer service.
Ideally sized for cabin baggage. Managed to fit in quite a few outfits for a five day trip. The extra expansion zip on the side is quite useful but not hugely so as it tended to bulge more on one side. Would have liked more choice of colours especially as the green is available in the larger suitcases but not this size.
We are really pleased with this suitcase, its sturdy, light and easy to use, its expanding section is very helpful especially when closing if it's quite full. We like the sections inside too, you can keep clean things compartmentalised. Also the narrower handles allows for a backpack to be slid over. and easy release of the handle is good. not yet used on a flight so hopefully it stand up to a bashing from baggage handling!
The wheels maneuverer easily and efficiently to guide the suitcase alongside, in front or behind you. Inside, the dividers are useful to separate items. The case is very light weight, perfect for carry-on luggage for business travel or a short-term stay. Best features are the zip lock system and the inner hidden phone charger cables!
You can't go wrong with samsonite. After having the same samsonite check in bag that I've had for over 10 years, I decided to invest in a quality carry on bag also. This bag is super lightweight so doesn't take away from your baggage allowance. It is also very easy to move around on any surface (include pebble roads) with ease. Highly recommend. This should last a lifetime since it will not be checked in and thrown around, worth the investment.
Unfortunately experienced the same issue with both my cabin bag and the larger 81cm bag. On two separate occasions, the zipper has bent out of place and cannot be inserted in the TSA approved lock, thus making it redundant unless you use a manual lock and key. This happened to my small cabin bag and then again to the larger suitcase on a separate trip. Not too fussed about having it repaired because I know it'll happen again - seems to be made out of flimsy metal. Would choose a different model because of this. Not the quality you'd expect from Samsonite.
