Samsonite - Winfield 3 DLX 20" Spinner - Silver

I have used this for many years and still have a good shape and I can still use het for many years. The samsonite is very goed, you can put your things in it and aftherwords you can lock this, nobody can steel anyting from inside. Not sorry whit the money that i have paid. Very content.

Lots of space for everything I need to bring with me while traveling. I use this brand all the time because it’s reliable and sturdy. I like the design of their luggage bags and the variety of luggage. So many to pick from. These both for a longer stay. They’re easy to use and last a long time, years. I would definitely recommend these luggage bags.

I mean my hubby and his brother uses luggage for random flying trips and they prefer the rolling kind with a carry on but I couldn’t tell u which exact one they used. I believe the bnl likes the Samsonite but I couldn’t tell you right off hand which exact one they used. I do think they would recommend both and most all samsonite luggage for the win!

Every year in January my husband and I go out of the country for a week-10 days. We used to have an old suitcase that his parents handed down to us and it was not convenient or easy to haul through the airports and usually extremely hot conditions once we arrived to our destination country. FINALLY, I was able to convince my husband that we needed new luggage. Samsonite is by far the best luggage we could have picked. We have had our new set for about 10 years and it works looks and handles like brand new. Definitely recommend and if I may add the side load and swivel wheels are fantastic

Damaged bag. Terrible customer support/service

Brand new bag came with a deep dent. I asked for an exchange or replacement. All customer service could provide was a 10 percent discount. I told them that I would prefer a replacement as I do not want to be stuck with a new damaged bag. They could not process it. Never shopping with Samsonite again.

Good looking, great organization

This is a good looking suitcase with nice organizational extras. I like the inconspicuous TSA locks on the side and I LOVE the center organizer divider inside. You can hook it to the left or right side of the suitcase and there are pockets on both sides of the divider. Also, I appreciate the "X" straps on both sides of the suitcase. The wheels rolls smoothly and the telescoping handle pulls out and locks easily. Overall I really like the suitcase, but I think the hard shell case could be tougher. I have another suitcase that is super rugged so I guess I'm spoiled by that one. This one seems on par with others on the market, but I would have expected it to be constructed a bit more durable.

The luggage is very nice and made it through our vacation with standard dings and scratches. We try to get around 7 years out of our luggage and we travel at lease twice a year. My main complaint that I didn’t realize was important is not having a zippered section that divides both sides once open. (This has a strap system on one side and nothing on the other.)our last luggage had that and now we miss it. That being said it rolls smoothly and is definitely tough. However on my next purchase I will definitely look for that feature. It’s just very difficult when things keep pouring out anytime it’s opened….. again good luggage just wish it had that feature like other luggage we had

My Wife Loves Her New Samsonite Suitcase

I bought this for my wife, who travels frequently for work. Her old suitcase was worn and I thought she might like this suitcase. She more than liked it - - she loved it! Easy to pull, well designed for packing, easy to store overhead.

Nice product

It is a good product. Our old luggage fell apart about 3 years after our daughter received the same product for a wedding gift. Since they love their set, we ordered the same style. The differences in the three years include the following list. The exterior is now textured, which is good. It may help with preventing scratches, although we ordered the cloth covers to help protect them. 2. The interior securing system is not as nice. The older set has a fabric cover that zips closed and the other side has straps. The newer set has a divider but it fastens and doesn't close as completely as the zipped style. We got our bathroom scales out to measure. We are still pleased with the purchase. They are easy to use, have nice locks and wheel easily. We have not traveled to use the set yet, but we look forward to it.

Outer shell cracked and scratched

Item is described as "tough and scratch resistant" however on first use the shell cracked and it is heavily marked. Very disappointed with the product and the level of support from Samsonite. An automated number directs you to a third party (based nowhere near my location) which you must sent the luggage to at your own expense for them to assess the warranty coverage (somehow I can guess how that will go based on reading other users reviews). This is not what you expect when you pay $500 for a luggage set marketed as a premium product.
