I bought this to replace my 7 yr old vizio tv which was 55 in. I really expected this tv to have better picture quailty then my old tv but its actually not as good as my old vizio. When the tv is in the standard or eco picture mode it looks like a soap opera or home video when watching a movie or tv show so you have to change it to movie or film mode. Once you change it to movie or film mode the picture looks normal but it dims the brightness and colors and the actual quailty of the picture is not as clear. I expected the picture to be super clear and crisp. I know this isn't top of the line but its not but the cheapest either, so I expected more as far picture quality. Ive tried to change some of the different picture settings but it didnt help really. Also, when the tv is off or there a dark scene you can see a rainbow layer relecting off of the screen all over. Ive never had a tv do this before and im not sure if this is something newer tvs have, but i thought i would mention it.The tv is very thin which is nice. Im not a big fan of the remote either because barely holding it or moving it changes channels or apps, its a bit too sensitive. Even trying to turn the volume up/down ends up muting the tv alot because mute is activated by pushing in the tiny volume button. Mute should have been place in another area of the remote imo.Overall the tv is ok, and if your upgrading from a very old tv then you will probably be happy with this one. I really thought a tv 7 yrs newer with better technology and a good brand name would have had better picture quality. I think i would have been better off spending less and getting the base model since the picture was not impressive for me. Im Debating exchanging for a different tv, since this is the main tv I will be using daily.

It's an LED TV...so don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. I replaced an old plasma TV with this one, and the plasma had a better picture, but it wasn't a smart TV. That's the trade-off it seems. If you want a smart TV so you can take advantage of streaming apps, there are no other options anymore besides LED TV's. This TV has as good of a picture quality (contrast) as possible for an LED, but don't expect it to be great. That's why I only gave it 4 stars. I'm not sure why the TV manufacturers give more priority to power consumption (LED) than they do to picture quality (plasma). Even though this one is "Q" LED, it still isn't as good as the old plasma. Maybe "O" LED is better - they sure are more expensive. Overall, this TV was easy to set up and ... I have a Samsung phone, so I used the phone setup method, and it got some information, like my Samsung account login, straight off my phone. The solar powered remote sounds like a good idea, but unless you lay it upside down, it can't recharge since the solar panel is on the back side of the remote. You can recharge it using a USB cable, but who in their right mind is going to do that? The TV comes with lots of apps preloaded, and it was easy to add additional apps. I was impressed with how many free TV channels and movies are available with the preloaded Samsung TV Plus app. I do recommend this TV, just be aware that all LED TV's have a fatal flaw in terms of lack of picture contrast. They try to make up for this by making the default picture settings overly bright, in hopes that you won't notice. If you don't mind paying another 50% more, I'd suggest upgrading to OLED, although I can't say with any certainty that it's any better.

It took mere hours to regret my purchase. One of the primary reasons I chose this TV was for the promise it would adapt to the content and my viewing habits. On the Samsung web site it says, "Get a natural, realistic picture and accurate contrast with innovative technology that adapts automatically to match your content." During setup I couldn't find any mention of it. I looked in the User Guide and found "Intelligent Mode" that matches the feature description for this TV. It reads, "In Intelligent Mode, the TV recognizes the surroundings, noise, the content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. Optimizes brightness and provides the best picture quality in real time, based on the lighting condition and the content you're viewing..." But ... MoreIt took mere hours to regret my purchase. But when you try to follow the prompts to engage the setting, what you get is "This function may not be supported depending on the region, model, or device settings." Additionally, unless you're sitting dead-center in front of the screen, the image looks awful. I multi-task on my computer 10 feet to the right, same distance back, and the TV looks like garbage. I can't imagine having a bunch of people over to watch a game and only a couple can actually see it well. I also dim down my lights as the evening goes on, and my old 2008 Vizio that just died would adapt and you could see the true picture from practically any angle. If this is a "smart" TV, I'll take the dumb ones any day.

The 32inch Samsung QLED 4K Smart Tizen TV arrived well packaged and ready to use. It comes with remote, instructions, easy setup guide, stand and power cable. The instructions to handle the TV and how to put the legs on it are not only written but it has illustrations to do so and it was easy and fast to do it.The setup was also easy, all I needed on hand is the Wi-Fi name and password so it can be connected and it basically gives you step by step setup instructions so I cannot go wrong.4k it looks amazing, the Dual LED does bring all the colors to life, looks vivid and just great, we really enjoy the way everything appears on it, much better.I like the sound, it does have the 3D surround sound and it does follow the movement on screen and gives it a very nice ... This is built in and it works well, just do not expect it to be as or better than having a console, if you are a long time gamer then you probably will see the difference, but in our family we game but it is from time to time, then it works great, including learning games. We like how light and thin the TV is, it does not take much space and it can stand on its legs or it can be used with a wall or floor stand.Connections, I do like that it has everything, not only can it use WI-Fi to connect to the internet, we can use the Ethernet input to do so and other connections are, optical audio to connect to another source, 2 USBs to play pictures, videos or music from an external device, HDMI it has 3 and one of them has eARC and this can control the sound bar or whatever we have connected to the TV, finally the Antenna input and it is coaxial. The remote is slim, light and simple, it does not have numbers to search for a channel, instead it has a microphone and it can be used to do everything, go to channel, streaming media and more like searching for that show or movie. It has buttons to go to set services like, Disney, Netflix, Prime Video and of course Samsung TV.Overall the TV has it all, from the Gaming Hub to keep everyone at home occupied, to a very nice sharp picture with amazing colors, it has nice sound and plenty of connections, the size is perfect for a small to midsize room, and everyone at home is enjoying it.
Some people buy a large screen QLED TV to just watch movies. This TV like many other “Smart TVs” has other ideas. The Home Screen is chock full of rows of choices, but could be seen as cluttered by some and could be difficult to use for someone unfamiliar with both the TV’s software and the minimalist remote. The new robust televisions software Tizen does what it should but again could be overly complicated for most people who just want to watch a TV show - with apps, streaming services, options to link every device in your home- with hopes of becoming something if a total hone control center. (I use Google Home webcams and routers which as far as I know is not compatible and has their own app. It would have been cool to watch my webcams on the huge TV screen though), There is also a new mobile app called SmartThings to control everything Samsung which, once set-up can not only control your colored lights but also act as a fairly decent TV remote. The TV picture is very good; sharp with saturated colors. The new Samsung remote, despite looking shockingly cheesy is pretty functional and I was able to get it to control both my AppleTV and my Yamaha amp as well as the TV. I am someone who works with computers and loves new technology so I was happy to set the TV up and figure out most everything fairly easily.

It offers Wide Color Gamut and good contrast on its VA panel, keep in mind that it does not come with advanced gaming and motion features, yet it is perfect for us.
We are HUGE fans of 120Hz displays. Sadly, the cost of legitimate TVs w/120Hz are too high for most, and unfortunately quite a few TVs will claim to "scale up"...but fall short. The QLED capability of our new 75 inch Q60D gives us AMAZINGLY similar experience to a 120Hz screen! While I'll admit it took me a bit to figure out out to optimze the settings to achieve this, the resuls are worth it. And the Filmmaker mode is truly remarkable. This may be considered the "entry level" for the Q-series, but I can't stress enough how much value there is in terms of features and sheer viewing pleasure. I had seen some reviews remarking that the viewing angles on this screen weren't as good as others, but we have had zero issues with that in our livingroom setup. Clear, bright ... I had seen some reviews remarking that the viewing angles on this screen weren't as good as others, but we have had zero issues with that in our livingroom setup. Clear, bright and sharp. Now, let's talk about the Q-Symphony feature...fantastic sound that is remarkably easy to setup if you have a compatible soundbar. We went with the Q600C and optional rear speakers. Because of the way the TV integrates, we're getting movie theater sound that also has VERY clear dialogue in the midst of a thorough surround-sound experience. I found myself really surprised at how realistic the sound distribution was with what was showing on the TV. Now, to be fair, are the built-in speakers to the Q60D good? Not so much by themselves--you simply can't have a TV this thin and have any sort of low frequency response. So, I strongly encourage getting a Samsung soundbar w/sub-woofer as a minimum.
I wanted a 32" TV for my bedroom so that if I get tired while watching TV in the living room and want to watch TV in bed before I fall asleep, I can. I did my research and I personally liked what this TV had to offer for my needs/wants. Set up was simple and took about 60 minutes start to finish including taking it out of the box.The home screen was a bit overwhelming at first but after searching the Users Guide for things that I had questions about or wanted to get rid of or see on my home screen the home screen became less overwhelming for me. The picture quality is great and the TV speakers sound very good too (before I paired my bluetooth speaker to it).I found that the Users Guide is very helpful for any questions you have. I really love this TV so far (just bought it at the end of April 2024). I'm still getting used to it but so far so good. I have had zero issues with it so far thank goodness and would recommend this for anyone looking for a nice little TV for their bedroom or kids room or home office. The TV comes with a Solar Cell Remote control and the remote is small, lol, If you buy this TV, I highly recommend getting on Samsung's website and purchasing a USB-C Power Adapter and charging cable. You will really need this to charge your remote control to 100%. It says you can charge it by leaving it in direct sunlight or light but that really does not work and if it does it takes forever. I personally went on Samsung's site and purchased a 25W Power Adapter that came with a USB-C cable and I also bought another back-up/just in case USB-C cable so that I have two on hand always.I received my charger cable and adapter in the mail today and I immediately charged my remote to 100%. It took about 35 mins or so to get to 100% (it was at 77% before I charged it up). You can see how much life your battery has by going to your settings on your TV, then all settings, then find the one item for energy or something like that and it will show you how much life is left on your remote control battery. You do not get a charging cable or wall charger with the TV, you have to buy those separately.I would recommend this TV.
I would love to give this 50" QLED TV a 5-star rating - because the picture is amazing, order process and customer service was very good, shipping was perfect (they even knocked so it wouldn't be left outside, since there was rain forecasted), installation was a piece of cake - overall, a really nice TV. I've been buying Samsung TVs for years - and it is the only brand I would buy. But something has happened to their product!? Like I mentioned, I have bought Samsungs for years - and considering that this brand is much more expensive than others of the same size, I expected the quality to be there - as always. First inkling that something has changed was when I adjusted the volume. I still own my 10-year-old Samsung so it wasn't that my hearing has suddenly gone bad ... I still own my 10-year-old Samsung so it wasn't that my hearing has suddenly gone bad - but what I used to listen to at level 20, now had to be at 50 or above!? A few days later I put in a DVD - I had the volume at 100, and still, I could hardly hear it. I didn't understand it, until it occurred to me: Samsung wants me to now buy a sound bar - in addition to their expensive TV (and looking at the prices of their 'made for your TV' sound bars - I saw their game). I immediately returned my second Samsung that I just ordered, because there was no way I was going to buy two sound bars (return process was perfect). I did buy another brand sound bar, for a third the price: it was plug and play and sounds great with the 50" Samsung - but since I do not need the 'theatre experience' while watching television, I was upset that my $500 TV did not come with a good audio system - capable of watching standard television programs and dvd's at audible levels without an add-on.
