Picture is bright and clear. Built in speakers sound nice. Wish it had more hdmi ports and composite inputs and that it detected video input from new devices quicker instead of goi g through setup prompts to get the devices video to be recognized. Still a good TV and an alternative option to consumer based smart tvs for those who don’t want all that extra stuff. I bought mine for around $100 less than what these TVs are going for now. This is ideal for churches, businesses and other public spaces for digital signage and message boards etc but works just as well for home use.

WOW. I love Samsung but this is a joke. The app is a joke. The digital signage component is a joke. There was so much potential here and they half assed it. Very sad. Please look elsewhere. Can't upload content, the TV's only turn on as scheduled some of the time. Just overall very poor. something I would not expect from Samsung. And the fact you can't manage the content from web is beyond me, it's an extra step getting your content from the computer to the app. You should be able to manage from anywhere and on any device, but primarily computer.

I do not like to leave bad reviews, but I must for this one.This item arrived damaged in the box. The item was not needed yet when it arrived, as it was a purchase for someone else. When it came time to open the product, it was damaged inside the box. When I contacted Best Buy for support, they said it was past the return window and referred me to Samsung. Of course, Samsung said the same thing and referred me back to Best Buy. Now, unfortunately, I am out $1,000 for a TV with no assistance from Best Buy or Samsung. My advice, do not buy any item as a gift from Best Buy and definitely not a Samsung product. Best Buy was my first choice when purchasing products, but now due to the unhelpful customer service experience, I will be shopping elsewhere.

Overall good quality as I've come to expect from Samsung displays but mildly disappointed; this is a Tizen-powered Smart TV. I wanted a plain, ordinary model specifically without Smart features. This model is advertised as "non-smart" capable. I paid extra for it (over the cost of a typical 50" smart TV) for that reason. If you don't connect it to the Internet you'll see a screen overlay nagging you to connect and accept the Samsung TOS agreements. I disabled the notification by connecting temporarily to WiFi, accepting the agreements and then disconnecting.
Great picture quality. Purchased for use in motel rooms as we didn't want Smart TVs. Can't comment on the other functions it offers as I haven't used them. I'm about to purchase several more for use as menu boards in a couple of restaurants.
Bought two of these for our lobby and they are working great and look great.The first two I bought were lost in transit but after a month of waiting I finally got these and all is right with my little world.Samsung makes a great product and these are great!
the main reason why I paid more for this TV was to get the "business" app and manage the content on the app. Well, it just doesn't work. Based on the description I thought I would be able to create and manage my display from the app instead of having to have a computer connected to the TV. Huge disappointment. That is just not working. I would not recommend this product.
No goofy apps to go obsolete just pure MIM 4K Samsung goodness. Plug in my cable and FireStick and it's perfect. Brilliantly delivered from B&H in 2 days.At under $500 this is a huge bargain. Highly recommend!
We love the bigger 55 screen, it’s simple to setup and good value. You can use your own media streaming devices such as Chromecast or probably others . Not a lot of apps on it and you can remove the few that are on the screen if preferred. Haven’t tried to use it for a business.
Amazing product. When you get to sizes this big, weight matters. and this product is extremely light, being able to mount this on a regular bracket set. The commercial application is designed to stay on for long periods without burn-in, and that is what we need for our application. We purchased 3 units and could not be happier
