The bezel they send does not have the sensor circles cut into the bottom even though the picture on the website shows it. If you have the 2022 or later version of the 65 inch frame (LS03B series) you need this in the bezel or you can’t use the motion sensitivity sensors. The bezel they send is only “functionally” compatible with the 2021 model. If you are paying $2000 for a frame tv and $200 additionally for a bezel you should be able to use all the functionality you are paying for. This was very disappointing. And the process to get someone on the phone to address this with was impossible.

This product arrived damaged, one of the bezels was bent. The process to return was so horrible and agonizing. It was outside the 15 day return window by 1 day (because it was a christmas gift), and I had to argue with them for a long while to finally allow me to return it.Nowhere in the process was there an apology for sending a defective product. Don't buy this from Samsung - I am deeply regretting my decision

I wish I would've read the reviews on this before I bought it. It is overpriced and terrible quality. It arrived with two pieces broke in half since it is very thin and cheap plastic. Returning it has been an absolute nightmare. I've spent hours on the phone and have been passed around. Still trying to get a resolution. Avoid.

I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering. This showed tonight, I opened it and found 4 very cheap pieces of plastic. I throught these were made of metal if not wood. Do no waste your money on this. This should not cost more then $10 to $15. If it was metal or thin veneer wood I would be 100% ok with paying $100. The clips that are used on the corners are very difficult to install and at my very first attempt with very little pressure it broke the tab on the bezel, not the plastic clip.
I purchased this as a Christmas gift. When it arrived I wrapped it in Christmas paper and put it away. However when the gift was opened I found out it was the wrong size. 50” instead of 55”. I tried to return new and unopened but they refused because it was outside the return window. Now I have a frame and can’t do anything with it. $149.00 in the trash because Samsung doesn’t believe in customer service. Never buy anything directly from Samsung.
Someone should investigate Samsung for this level of fraud. The audacity to charge this amount of money for such a cheap product is mind-blowing. The only thing worse might be that we all fell for it. If you haven't made this mistake yet, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. To say this was a waste of my money is a massive understatement.
I bought this item less than a month ago. My item arrived damaged, with all the bezels bent and broken. The customer service experience was terrible. They refused to offer a replacement or refund because it was outside their 15-day return window (which is shorter than the usual 30 days). I was passed around between departments with no resolution. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your money and time on this.
Samsung Frame bezels get notoriously bad reviews. Now I see why. Its just plastic and it doesnt fit together perfectly. But its passable
When I received this, 2 of the 4 pieces were snapped in multiple places upon arrival and not usable. I contacted support hoping to get a replacement and was never able to get resolution. The order was placed for the TV and the bezel at the same time, and they could not understand that the TV was fine, and I only needed a replacement bezel. I was transferred to 3 different people, explaining what I needed every time. They kept asking for the serial number on the TV and said I'd have to file a warranty claim, even though nothing was wrong with the TV. I provided the order receipt, pictures, and explanations 3 separate times to each person I was transferred to. Eventually they ended the conversation and I never got it resolved.
