I bought this RS65T5685B4/SA a few weeks ago and is my second samsung fridge. Instead of a french door design I opt for a side by side and found it more practical as the fridge have a double door thus saving energy.

I did lots of research when needing a new fridge, I love the lay out of this one. The two fridge doors are very convenient, and energy saving. The deliver and availability of the product was great. Order one evening delivered, installed, old dead fridge removed the very next day just after lunch!! The price was the best out there with free delivery and install included (already had the plumbing). Thanks for a seem-less experience and a great product

Gorgeous looking unit, very functional. Love the wine bottle holders and dual doors on refrigeration side. Ice maker can be a bit messy.

Having two separate fridge spaces with individual temperature controls is good that fresh produce/meats/fish could be stored seperate from the rest under different temperature settings. Great build quality with good looks, and well worth the money spent.
It's our 2nd Samsung Fridge and so far, as good as the first. Heaps more room, better shelves, better Icemaker and easy to use. Delivery and Installation was very professional and they took the old one away along with all the packaging.
This is the best fridge freezer I’ve owned. The kids used to open the freezer door every time they wanted ice or chilled water, now they can get this without opening the cold compartment. The layout of the shelves in the store looks small, however maximises the space available - which I realised only when I started loading it. Every item in the fridge is at the same temperature, irrespective of the location in the fridge and there are no odours. Plumbing was easy and I would recommend, as the Samsung filter saves the need for filtering water before putting it in the fridge. The black exterior looks classy in a matching kitchen and looks great!

Pros - Fridge looks great - Has plenty of room - Water dispenses nice cold water Cons - Water dispenser design is flawed. The hole the water is dispensed from is too far away from the trigger, so unless you have a really large diameter glass then the water ends up all over your hand. So for a normal glass you need to use your knuckle or other hand to prop the glass away from the trigger so the water ends up in it. Not sure how this got past Samsung quality assurance. The system on my old fridge was far more intuitive, you just push the glass into the dispenser and you get water, no mess. - Makes an annoying high pitched humming noise pretty much all the time, like a mosquito. Alarm for door not closed is also too long, probably needs to be about half as long. - Would prefer a single door on the fridge side, but that's more a personal preference thing.
We love this fridge and its style. Insofar, all functions work very well! It suits our brand new kitchen! This Samsung has good capacity for its size, is a sleek design and we enjoy having both ice making and water on tap through a plumbed system. No issues to date.
