The bezel they send does not have the sensor circles cut into the bottom even though the picture on the website shows it. If you have the 2022 or later version of the 65 inch frame (LS03B series) you need this in the bezel or you can’t use the motion sensitivity sensors. The bezel they send is only “functionally” compatible with the 2021 model. If you are paying $2000 for a frame tv and $200 additionally for a bezel you should be able to use all the functionality you are paying for. This was very disappointing. And the process to get someone on the phone to address this with was impossible.

I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering. This showed tonight, I opened it and found 4 very cheap pieces of plastic. I throught these were made of metal if not wood. Do no waste your money on this. This should not cost more then $10 to $15. If it was metal or thin veneer wood I would be 100% ok with paying $100. The clips that are used on the corners are very difficult to install and at my very first attempt with very little pressure it broke the tab on the bezel, not the plastic clip.

I purchased a 2023 65" S95C Oled Tv from Samsung directly last week. I want to install this on my wall. I sought guidance on the appropriate mount and purchased this one, once it was back in stock. It says on the website that it is easy to install and indeed it should be. When I tried to insert the first bracket on the back of the TV it the screw would only go in so far. Using the same screw for the other side, it went in much further. Clearly there is an issue with the insert.I spent half an hour on the chat then got cut off. Went home, paid my building to cut out, lay and plaster over ducting from wall into a cupboard where power was also routed. I bought the Wall Mount 12 years ago, it was the best solution I found at this moment. As Samsung is the producer, I had no doubt about the quality. A few days ago I heard a terrible noise and I found the flat TV on the sideboard who luckily was only 30 centimeters lower. The TV survived because he kept leaning on the wall. Only a few scratches on the sideboard. I'm disappointed from the quality of the support, the plastic part on TV had the same failure like all the others presented here. I have to find a new solution to fix my TV. Would highly appreciate If Samsung could send us spare parts.
I was very disappointed with this product! I should have read other reviews, but it’s plastic and very fragile. The item I received came damaged and didn’t realize until later when the return window is over (that’s 15 days window- unlike other stores that allows 30days). My mistake for not reading the fine print and not checking the box upon receipt. I tried making the case with customer service that first all I was transferred 3 times via chat and 3 times via phone. They couldn’t help because of crappy corporate policy. Worst purchase I’ve ever made for the price. Don’t believe the 1 yr warranty stated under specs either because apparently that is only applicable for appliances and not accessories. I bought this item less than a month ago. My item arrived damaged, with all the bezels bent and broken. The customer service experience was terrible. They refused to offer a replacement or refund because it was outside their 15-day return window (which is shorter than the usual 30 days). I was passed around between departments with no resolution. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your money and time on this.

DO NOT purchase the bezel if you would like to use the sensor function of the Frame. The design is defective and it blocks half the sensor after installation. This means the auto sleep and auto on (which is a major function for the art mode) will not work with the bezel. The TV will stay on and waste energy until you manually turn it on and off. A lot of people are experiencing the same issue online. This issue has been around for years and Samsung is doing nothing to rectify it.
I love almost all thing Samsung... but not this! It worked okay-ish... would almost always have some delay in response, or just didn't respond. Today, I had an issue trying to get my receiver to play a dvd and inadvertently started blutooth pairing... Now, my remote won't pair with my TV... the IR is working just fine. The receiver lights up, but only the power works peoperly. Tried to reset, soft and hard... even tried to reset my TV... nothing doing and a new remote is $70!?! what a joke. They need 0-9 buttons as well.
