I contacted Samsung's customer service and all you get is a support centre in Asia with people who hardly speak English and don't even understand the question that one has to ask to resolve the issue or troubleshooting the phone or settings etc. I was told to take it to a service centre in Sydney even though that I mentioned that it is 800km away from my place and the other closest ... MoreIt's a good phone but the customer service of Samsung's incompetent troubleshooting bucks big time. The person on the phone was going to send me an email so that I could send in the phone, the email got never sent! So much for incompetency from Samsung which is absolute disgrace. The fe earbuds that came with the promotion are absolutely useless and have the worst sound I ever experienced, basically you can't watch a movie or listen to music with them because they sound like a tin can and if I would have had to buy them I would've returned them because they're not worth your money because they are absolute rubbish! Why not have as well as wireless a 3.5mm ear phone jack and let people decide what they want to use because I really preferred my old plug in headphones! Another thing to mention is that this phone because of it's square design is harder to hold in my hand and I have quite large hands compared to my old Samsung which had the same overall width but with a more rounded frame. Also no charger comes with this phone another $39 on top of the phone price, chargers used to be included with phones also that useless usb-c to usb-c cable that one can only use for charging but to transfer data to your desktop you need to buy another $20 cable! I can tell you that my next phone won't be a Sumsung phone I will take my money somewhere else especially for an overpriced phone that I had problems with from day one and the incompetency of Samsung and it's customer service and troubleshooting

I simply entered my contacts manually and I still have my old phone I can access any necessary messages as I did not delete them. The phone is fast, transferring my old number plus my minutes, texts and data was a breeze and I did not lose anything. I did this through the TracFone website on my PC with no problem at all. I had read others had problems and lost their minutes, texts and data in the process so I was worried but I had no problems at all. I have been able to add so many more programs I needed with no problem and still have plenty of space. I just ordered a micro SD card to put my games and pictures on ... MoreLove this phone. I have been able to add so many more programs I needed with no problem and still have plenty of space. I just ordered a micro SD card to put my games and pictures on as well as documents. I switched to Textra for text messages as it separates them by sender instead of date, which I like much better than what was on this phone already. It took a couple of hours for me to learn the new phone and get all of my programs installed and shopping set up. I love the large size of this phone since I am older, it makes it easier to see and read as well as to send texts. I will have to use a stylus for texting as the keyboard is rather small and I have arthritis in my hands. I purchased from Amazon the tempered glass screen protector that also had a tempered glass protector for the cameras on the back and a military grade case with a stand in it to protect the phone plus the case has a cover for the cameras when I am not using them and I absolutely love them. Again, I am older and often drop my phone. I have now dropped it several times and no cracking, breaking or chipping. The cameras on this phone are excellent. The pictures are super sharp, bright and the colors spot on. My last 2 phones were both Samsung but this Samsung is by far the best phone I have ever owned and the price was excellent at less than $250. Hard to believe this phone was not more expensive. It uses the latest Android version and is upgradeable to the next Android versions. There are several features and programs preinstalled that I have not yet tried out and may not even need but they are there if I do need them. It is easy to add your programs to any of the 6 widgets and I have 5 of them pretty full so I can just touch the app I need and it quickly pulls up that app. It is very touch sensitive so you don't have to push hard or hold down, just a light touch will do. If you are thinking about purchasing this phone, DO IT! You will not regret it and make sure you use a PC to access the TracFone website to keep your old number and transfer your minutes, texts and data. It really is a breeze and only take a couple of minutes.

Worst Experience I've Had With An Android Phone

Phone calls through the main phone app are the only time this issue happens, strangely. I also had an entire section of the display become unresponsive to touch, making daily use an utter pain. Most other functions have been fine-ish, but Samsung and T-Mobile have collaborated to deliver a pretty intrusive level of un-removable software bloat that persistently bogs down basic functions, including making the otherwise very nice camera difficult and annoying to use thanks to a delay of sometimes several seconds before a photo is taken, if one gets taken at all. This phone's very existence feels like evidence of how much of our world is crowded by consumer garbage made to trap us into monthly payments and subscriptions, offering little value, if any. Samsung will keep making garbage because we buy it, T-Mobile will keep offering mediocre experiences because telecoms in the US are a lawless wasteland, and the entire tech world will continue failing to meaningfully discuss this issue because the planned obsolescence product refresh cycle keeps us distracted by the next thing instead of creating a space of sustainability and accountability. Samsung and T-Mobile are making me strongly consider whether I want to continue using smartphones at all, and it feels like they and the collective software makers of the world are counting on their respective ecosystems' hooks making the prospect of leaving too difficult to follow through on. If I do, it'll be with this most recent experience vividly in mind. (Note: this review was originally written for this device on the T-Mobile site based on my experience as a T-Mobile customer, but I believe the content of my review is still applicable here and don't feel like spending the time editing those sections out.)

I’m definitely happy that the device will receive updates for five years giving me extra reassurance with this purchase, just as my previous Samsung device did. Looks wise, easily looks more expensive than it is with the glass back when out and about and definitely an eye catcher with the Ice Blue colour. While it doesn’t come with a 3.5mm headphone jack, bluetooth connectivity with my wireless headphones and earphones work as they should with shorter connecting times than other devices I have. While it could benefit from faster charging speeds (or a charger in the box), still happy enough with the charging speed too. Always loved the security features especially having secure folders to the on-screen fingerprint sensor that works well and reliably.Overall, for an all-in-one device this one goes above and beyond. Based on my experience so far I’m more than impressed with this phone and looking forward to future trips using this device. An easy phone to recommend

I also use it to complete work items and keep my personal document sfor hiring, and my son's school forms and productivity safe and organized. I have yet to run out of memory or space to utilize my phones, and have quite a few unnecessary apps downloaded just because i want to try them eventually. ;) The cameras and editing capabilities in these phones are incredible. I use the Galaxy AI features like photo assist and edit suggestions when reviewing and editing my photos I have taken. Nothing scarier than a hard deadline that's onky minutes away or god forbid, an emergency that you would need to make a call or send an urgent text message for help and your phone does not cooperate. it could be an actual matter of life or death. To be able to depend on my Samsung Galaxy, IS PRICELESS.. i will be sure i stick to this phone for the remainder of my life.

[Rewarded Review] Great phone, especially for the cost!

I've been a longtime user of Galaxy S-class flagship devices and have to admit that I was quite skeptical about the A15 especially at it's price point. I had expected similarities in the OS and design, of course, but with it being a "cheap, lower-end" phone I had a lot of doubts and was prepared for a mediocre experience at best...I'm quite pleased to admit that I was wrong in my assumptions and underestimated Samsung's dedication to consistency and quality across the spectrum of affordability and features. I'm actually quite impressed with the overall quality of the phone and it feels just like any other Galaxy that I've used. Of course there's less storage, lower screen resolution, an inferior set of cameras, less processing speed, less RAM and far less bells and whistles than say, an S23 or S24. That being said, I'm not disappointed in the slightest. It doesn't feel like I'm using a generic burner or a "cheap" phone at all. It's still a Galaxy, just feels a lot like if my current phone was lost or broken and I had to go back to the previous one for a while. It's not everything a Samsung phone can possibly be in 2024, but it's definitely usable and I'd still prefer it over several newer, moŕ costly phones from other manufacturers. I'm excited to explore certain modern features like Galaxy AI and Android 15 when I do upgrade, but I don't currently feel like I'm using some outdated, irrelevant technology or anything and I'm in no rush to switch to another device.

[Rewarded Review] I discovered the galaxy in a phone
18 November 2024

I'd like to share the first real in depth experience I've had that felt worthwhile. For a long time I struggled with signal in a variable signal zone. It's no one's fault some places are just like that. The day I switched from a galaxy A03 to an Galaxy A15 5G I was hooked. Granted I don't pay much attention to the Galaxy AI it clearly functions well as I rarely loose signal. This phone has many desirable features including top rate processing for competitive online gaming and the screen itself responds much better than my older phone. Of course I can say it works great all day, in the end we both know you have to experience it yourself to believe it. I believe the creators put their all into creating this masterpiece so I've put effort into really reviewing it. I believe the creators put their all into creating this masterpiece so I've put effort into really reviewing it. It holds up in cold weather, obviously not underwater so keep it dry. Has great sound quality for calls and music. Loads of space and heightened AI to keep things where they belong and in tip top shape. Overall I'd say I wish I'd had this phone sooner and I'm very happy I have it at all. Great gift for Christmas especially if your child or loved one games or makes videos. It's also good for simple video streaming like YouTube or any other app. The 5G at its best works to present about 5 to 10 mb per millisecond, it could probably do better in a place thats not a variable signal zone. So it's great all in all perfect for the average person.

[Rewarded Review] My Samsung Galaxy A25
12 August 2024

The Samsung A-series, is beyond a reasonable doubt, an affordable, yet esthetically appealing in terms of design & color choices. (Coming from a momentary homeless guy)But they don't just look great....I've owned several models, from the cheaper to the more expensive. They're ALL worth having. The A03s is the most budget-friendly, yet not only has the feel of an advanced, higher quality model, it still has most of higher tech hardware and software. I've owned the A03s, A14, A15, A25, and A51. All of them are available in a variety of hardware combinations, with memory storage ranging from 32, 64, 128, or even 256 GB & with either 4, 6, or 8 GB of RAM.My most recent model (Samsung Galaxy A25) has 128 GB storage with 6GB RAM. It's very very fast, almost NEVER laggy. Only times I've experience lag was once or twice during Mobile Data service issues, which is completely irrelevant & separate to the phone's fault or responsibility. & believe me 128 GB I'd a LOT of storage.I can't even imagiIne 256GB.. I've only reached half of my storage capacity and I have over 300+ apps.. 315 to be exact, & at least 275 of those are apps I've installed personally. WAYY more than I need. The Samsung Galaxy A-series I can't imagine the phones like the Galaxy S24 ULTRA.. that come with Galaxy AI?? I mean, seriously? My A25 feels like it's Artificially Intelligent already by itself, and it's NOT even considered AI or equipped with Galaxy AI.. I think my brain would short circuit... Ha!

[Rewarded Review] Premium experience for less?

I have bought the Samsung A55 2 weeks ago and am in love with it. For a budget phone, any ordinary customer will never be able to discern this from Samsung's flagship 'S' series. Not only does it have very similar features to the 'S' series for only half the price it has a plethora of customisation options which you cannot find for phones of this price point, such as being able to assign a specific function by double pressing the power button such as a launching the camera app or flashlight. Of course, if someone does want the higher camera resolution, faster snapdragon chip in comparison the Exynos 1480 chip, by all means purchase one of the flag ship phones. However, for any ordinary user who still wants high camera resolution when taking pictures and a fast phone, just not top of the line, the Samsung A55 is an excellent choice.Additionally, the very feeling of the phone feels very premium, considering it is just a budget phone. Based on looks alone it could easily be mistaken for a samsung flag ship phone. With the phone being Gorilla Glass Victus+ on the front and back, it ensures the phone is protected to a high degree. Additionally, the side island Samsung decided to implement makes turning the volume up/down and finding the power button so much simpler -. Finally, the metal aluminum is the cherry on top for making this phone feel more premium for half the price.I highly recommend this phone for someone new phone but not wanting to pay a lot of money for very premium features. I also recommend this phone for someone looking to switch to Samsung but does not want to spend a lot of money as its a trial. Me personally, who went from an S10 to buying this phone as their first phone, I am in love with and think it's the best phone at this price point.
