Like the recalled ford pinto this literally only worked for ten minutes brand new out of box then basically blew up. It pixilated flashed black white then died. I spent 14 hours w tracfone trying to get a refund a return a replacement nothing. Finally after crying my eyes out and I had spent $200 plus on it ,( I had said watch my $20 refurb phone will be better than this and LO and behold it is oh no my tiny refurb has only 200 mb ) ANYWAY ON DAY TWO OF LIVING HELL( this was my birthday gift, I finally reached nicer people who got me tickets. This might be because one manager named RAMANIK MADE ne cry and was so rude and nasty to me I wanted to call the police. He made fun of me and called me a liar this is end of day one after 8.75 hrs on phone w tracfone. Do NOT pass over this Device

I Constantly use my A32 5G throughout my entire day. I ABSOLUTELY love the A32 5G's large screen. It's very responsive and in my experience it doesn't glitch, and it isn't so sensitive that it stops you from scrolling in any direction. The ONLY thing I have a problem with is, every single time I try using the Speak to text features the A32 5G ABSOLUTELY & UNEQUIVOCALLY does NOT recognize what I have in Fact ACTUALLY said. NEVER. And YES, I Have Trained, & Retrained the Speech Recognition Feature More times than one should Ever NEED to. It simply doesn't work correctly. It Can, AND DOES, however, Pick up, RECOGNIZE, and LITERALLY types out BARK BARK BARK, BARK BARK, BARK BARK BARK BARK, EVERY SINGLE TIME MY OR MY NEIGHBORS DOG BARKS. Great phone with few downsides

I got a A32 about a year ago and I have loved everything about this phone. The fingerprint sensor is amazing and I love its position when I hold the phone my finger naturally wants to go right where the sensor is so it doesn't feel awkward to use. I love the Samsung ecosystem as a whole too I only have a Samsung watch and a phone but they work seamlessly together and are both have very easy to use UIs. The screen also has some great dynamic range as well which is made evident when using the phone at different brightness settings because it always has the same colors and shades bar very few exceptions. I have noticed only two major downsides to this phones experience which are both very easily mutigated. 64 Gig is not enough internal storage for phones anymore, neither is 32 Gig. This phone is fine for general use AS A PHONE, but if you have a lot of apps that you use on your phone the internal storage gets eaten up fast. Add app updates on top of it and 64 Gig becomes obsolete very quickly. Even with a 128 Gig SD card added, the fact that not all apps in Google's Playstore can be moved to the SD card for storage after downloading them. I've had this phone 11 months now, not even a full year, and I'm now having to delete apps to gain space to continue using the most important ones like banking and emails without dumping an entire data load out of each app and starting over again. Did we not learn our lesson about that with flip phones???). I've been a staunch Samsung fan for many many years, that's fading, quickly. Want to know what it would take to keep a heavy user like me as a staunch fan? Come have have a rap session with me and I'll fill you in on the REAL needs of your customers. Until then, stop manufacturing phones with such limited internal storage space and rediculous features...it's embarrassing. In fact, I already ditched my Galaxy watch in favor of going back to Fitbit, the needed features just aren't there.

I really like this phone because of its camera. I was looking for a good phone to record videos with and the A32 has a camera that can record 4k. And when comes to gaming on this device its rlly fast and is never choppy. I am able to play games like Cod Mobile and still have a stable 60 fps on my phone. And one of my favorite features is how you can have multiple chat bubbles for when people text you. It super useful when you're diing something and then someone texts you so you can multitask. I recommended the A32 to my brothers and they got one and they love it. I have used this phone for about a year and it still runs smooth.

It is an absolutely amazing phone which I don't understand why it isn't offered with more networks. It allows me to do everything any tablet or laptop does.
