So I have been having to charge my buds with a cable, not the end of the world buy how could first party case be overloocked with wireless charging capability. I have tried 3 wireless docks and all are the same results, my old buds pro with a thick carrying case charges fine.finally, to be able to charge wirelessly, you must remove the darn thing...removing pretty much damages your buds 3 or break the case...in my attemps the top lid broke, which is fine..im tossing it in the trash anyway.

Not horrible for a free gift with order, but defintely not something I'd pay money for. Not a fan of the hard plastic, feels like something I'd maybe pay <$10 for, and then only if there wasn't anything better available. I'd prefer a softer material, like TPU or something. I've only had it for a few hours now, but will be replacing it when better options become available. Don't think it deserves the 1 star reviews it's been gettings, those seem a bit hyperbolic.

I like that it will protect the buds and if you drop the case it wont open and the buds wont come out but that's where the good ends. The plastic feels like it'll snap or crack after the first solid impact. It was impossible to put on so much so that it scratched up the top part which is supposed to be clear and show off the buds. Its even more impossible to remove to the point that it feels like you'll break the buds case if you even attempt to remove it. It also messes with the wireless charging, I had to set it just right to charge and when I went to remove it later it was super hot and still charging. Overall clearly poor execution on this product.
HAHA....this product for the price point is a joke to samsung fans / loyalist! Understanding the body being made of hard plastic but the carabiner is made of entire plastic as well. This product is just cheaply made. Also, with the design the plastic carabiner and the loop on the body of the case is so narrow, that at the wrong angel it would snap. I literally went to my local Super store and bought a keychain loop and a "metal" carabiner (similar size) and fixed all the cases issue outside being cheaply made. These are things my Galaxy buds pro 2 case came with plus better quality, just like all other cases you find online that are a lot cheaper... the only reason I have these because they were free with my purchase. The fact that the pairing button is covered up for a case that is so hard to take off once put on is ridiculous. Once I realized this I couldn't stop shaking my head and was thinking how this even passed as an official samsung product for their earbuds... I suppose they've already realized this and this is why they're giving it away for free with these purchases. I'm faithful samsung customer and I always am leaning on buying the brand over others but it's moments like this that make stop and think sometimes. In short; this case is very counterintuitive.

First of, very hard to remove the case from the buds pro 3. When I did remove the case following the instructions it comes with. The protective case itself left scratch marks. You also cant pair the buds with the case on. The only reason i got the case was because it was free with the preorder. I would recommend spigen or any other case for them. Dont waste your money on these, theyre made out of cheap plastic that will scratch your buds.
I received the case for free for purchasing the Buds 3 Pro. If I had actually purchased the case, it would be going back. Given the build quality, or lack of, I am surprised that Samsung would allow their name to be attached. Pay attention to the other reviews. Most of the positive reviews are for the actual earbuds, not the clip case, and deceptively raises the ratings. I don't believe that any honest review would taste these very highly. The case was a good idea with poor execution. Save your money, someone would build the case that this should have been.
The case feels cheap, clunky and not much of an update from the bud's case itself. At the most it makes a little less slippery. I know it is meant for protection, but this makes the case feel a lot worse. Considering there are lot better cases for about $10 out there, $30 seems too much for this.This was given for free with the buds are a pre order offer. I remember with the buds 2 pro, we had far more attractive offers. Samsung has started giving a lot cheaper accessories as giveaways.
